My house is in a perfect position for those who come to visit Vicenza as it is located NEAR the historic center, university, fair, restaurants, public transport, nightlife, hospital. The house allows guests to reach the center with ease 5 minutes on foot (1.2 km); it is very close to the station 3 minutes on foot (1.5 km) and 7 minutes by car from the Ederle Barracks (4.3 km). The accommodation is suitable for couples, families, lone adventurers, business trips, artists and academics. Fully furnished with kitchen-bathroom-bedroom set Free Wifi air conditioning.
The apartment is located in a recent building.
The apartment is on the second floor (served by a lift) and consists of a small entrance hall, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with automatic blinds, a bedroom with a single bed with balconies and a second bathroom with tub that serves the sleeping area. All the windows are equipped not only with blackouts but also with mosquito nets.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, television, refrigerator, air conditioners.

The price refers to the use of the structure as an "apartment for tourist use", it includes cleaning prior to arrival, linen and towels.
The price does NOT include the tourist tax that will be paid or left in the apartment. The tourist tax is quantified as € 2 per night per guest up to a maximum of 5 nights (max € 10 per person). A COPY OF THE IDENTITY CARDS OF THE GUESTS WHO WILL STAY IN THE APARTMENT FOR REGISTRATION IS ESSENTIAL.

In the garage of the apartment 2 bikes are available to be able to move. Use of the bicycle is free of charge. The cost of any breakages and / or theft of the same will be quantified subsequently and deducted from the security deposit.

We are at the complete disposal of guests for any doubt and or problem relating to the stay. Inside the apartment you will find a brochure which explains all the services in the vicinity of the apartment.

You can easily move on foot or by bus to reach the center and other points of interest. For those wishing there are two bicycles available in the garage of the apartment that are given for FREE.
