Covering an area of 250m2, the cottage consists of a living room with fireplace, a living room overlooking the garden and pool, a fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms with private bathroom.
Ideally located on the edge of the quiet forest of Rennes, the cottage will be your base to discover Brittany. It is only 15 minutes from Rennes (Ille et Vilaine 35)
capital of Brittany, 45 minutes from Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel and about 1h30 from the Gulf of Morbihan.
After a long day, you can relax around the 13m heated pool.

Vous arrivez dans un environnement verdoyant calme et paisible! Non loin de la forêt de Rennes qui est propice à la balade pédestre ou cycliste! La maison est décorée avec goût et soignée la piscine est de grande taille idéale pour réaliser quelques longueurs ou de magnifique plongeons!
