Gulf Watch Condominiums is a gulf to bay, 32 unit complex with a heated pool. The complex is conveniently located in the City of Bradenton Beach. Restaurants, shops, and Bridge Street are all within walking distance.
Guests at Gulf Watch should park only in the designated spot for the unit, or the guest spaces. Please be aware of the 7'1" garage height clearance. Parking between the buildings is prohibited. Gulf Watch has no facilities to charge electric golf carts and other electric vehicles. Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts. Enjoy many activities on your visit; swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, sunset dining, picnicking, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis, and more. It's easy to explore with the island's free trolley. There are convenient stops the length of the island. The unit does have a few beach chairs and 1 umbrella

Family vacation

Overall the property was ok. The unit had been updated and was nice. The small bathroom still needs updated. The complex was fairly dated and needs some maintenance. Pool was heated which was good considering the weather. Easy access to beach, trolley, and restaraunts.

Our stay here was fabulous!! The condo was clean, had everything we needed and in an amazing location… we were literally seconds from the beach!! We made amazing family memories and will definitely be back next year!!

Excellent property! Great location- directly across the street from the gulf. Shaded parking for the hot days and occasional rain. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!
