In the heart of the elegant Parioli district, a stone's throw from Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, the Auditorium, Maxxi, the Guido Reni District, the Galleria Borghese, the Bioparco and the National Etruscan Museum of Villa Giulia. The house is very welcoming and perfectly equipped, perfect for families with children (there are also books and some games for children in the house) or groups of friends. Free WI FI and satellite TV, Sky and Apple TV. .Unlike the usual holiday homes this is the house where I live every day (obviously when there are no guests) and therefore you will find the warmth and atmosphere of a daily life with all my dearest objects around. The apartment consists of a large open space lounge, large kitchen with eating island equipped with all necessary utensils, including Nespresso coffee machine, mineral water dispenser and Thermomix.
Rooms are large. One with a double bed, hallway and bathroom with shower, the other instead has two single beds (if necessary also a third bed), the second bathroom has a bathtub. The house is entirely available to guests, except for some personal clothing.
In the kitchen you will find basic necessities such as salt, oil, sugar, milk, tea, coffee and a welcome homemade donut. Upon arrival, the tourist tax of 3.50 per person per night must be paid in cash (children up to 10 years are exempt).
To be paid always on arrival, 50 euros in cash for final cleaning (for stays longer than 5 days the final cleaning amounts to 70 euros)
