On the sheltered, open balcony you can enjoy the mild sunny days and the fantastic view to the sea and the mountains - the sea is at your feet!

It is located right on Velilla Beach, one of the longest in Almuñécar and beautifully grown with tropical palm trees. The beach promenade of Velilla was lavishly redesigned in 2011. Restaurants, shops, cafés, bars and charming chiringuitos are near-by and in walking distance to the apartment. To the old town of Almuñécar with its mourish castle and the famous white houses it only 20 min. by foot, 5 min. by car
