heART (room) is a sweet and welcoming solution inside heART (home), an independent and recently renovated apartment located in a green and quiet area of Casalecchio.
The accommodation is only 700 meters from the highway exit and 3 km from the Unipol Arena, the Stadio dell'Ara and the Ospedale Maggiore, in a strategic area for fast travel.
ON FOOT you can reach Villa Chiara in just 10 minutes walk overlooking the river (photo).

ACCOMMODATION:
Guests who book A ROOM at heART (room) will have a portion of an entire apartment available (also bookable online).
This solution, cheaper than heART (home) as it has no kitchen, therefore consists of a PRIVATE double bedroom and a bathroom for EXCLUSIVE use. In addition to an area equipped for cooking.
The main entrance, at the moment, is common to the rest of the apartment, therefore the passage of two other guests is possible (maximum).
The entrance was designed for YOU ONLY and was equipped with a table, a mini fridge, a kettle and an espresso coffee machine. ONLY YOU can eat your meals / breakfasts here, use your computer, read. This area, in fact, although passing through, has been designed and furnished in a simple and functional way, to make your stay at heART (room) pleasant, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The area is among the quietest and greenest in Casalecchio, served by cycle-pedestrian paths, buses and trains: it could be said that heART is in a strategic position.
The house is in fact only 700 meters from the highway and the ring road; the Unipol Arena is 3.2 km away, therefore reachable in 5 minutes, the Ospedale Maggiore in 10 minutes, Villa Chiara, on the other hand, is 7 minutes away by car but can also be reached on foot along the pedestrian path.
The Fair is 7 km away.
In front of the house there is the bus stop n. 86 and n. 85. The first, in addition to bringing to the center of Bologna, also stops in front of the Maggiore Hospital (only 3 km away) while the no. 85 stops at the Unipol Arena which is 3.5 km from heART.
