This 3rd floor unit features a sofa sleeper,2 new reclining chairs in the living room and tile floors throughout the unit. There are flat screen TV's in the living room,beach side master bedroom and guest bedroom.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. You will enjoy the amazing views from the gulf front balcony located off of the living room. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved this condo but this Unit is nasty. My kids feet were black walking on the floor after a bath, dishes in cabinet were dirty, we saw bugs in the cabinets. Fridge didn’t keep anything cold. It needs updating in a bad way. I felt like I was staying back in the 80’s.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second year we stayed in this condo. No updates had been made and I feel the condo could use a little TLC. We had a good time but condo could have been a little nicer.
