The american kitchen and the big living room gives you one unique space to share time and conversation when someone is cooking in the living room there is also a bright balcony that gives you a open door to the city.

The first thing you will notice is the TRANQUILITY of the apartment. The kitchen is fully equiped with a fridge, microwave-oven, toaster, washing machine and all the dishes and plates you may need. The cosy bathroom is equiped with shower hidro massage. The living room has a special touch equiped with FullHd FLAT TV 26” with dvd and International Satellite TV with more than 400 channels also a comfortable sofa that can be used as two single beds

We also provide you an iron and ironboard. In the apartment there is also an electronic keyboard Safe box A the beginning of the stay we supply you with clean towels and sheets. All costs are included.(water and electricity). The building is equipped with a LIFT.

How to go to the Beach from NOU de la RAMB: Going to the Beach from the apartment.

To go to the beach from the apartment is very easy and very well connected. In 10-12 minutes you can be in the beaches of Barcelona.

Just take the bus Nr 64 (BARCELONETA -PEDRALBES)( at 300 meters from the apartment) in the parallel street (300m) and after 10 stops you can descend and you will be in front of the beach.

Clean, roomy, and helpful owner

Very pleased with the cleanliness of the apartment. All appliances, T.V.'s , plumbing worked and bathroom has a great shower. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable for our likings. We slept well every night. Air conditioning in every room worked well for the few times we used it . The apartment is full of light with big windows that open. Convenient to Metro stop and walking to Montjuic. Street is very quiet with not much activity away from the crowds but very close to restaurants. The elevator was a treat, since apartment is on the 4th floor. As a woman felt very safe during the day but stayed in after dark. The owner met us on the first day and explained everything we needed to know.

Fantastic apartment and location - couldn't fault it :)

The apartment is just a few minutes walk from Paral-Lel Metro station at the foot of Montjiuc - an excellent location from which to explore Barcelona. The seafront and La Rambla less than 10 minutes walk away.

There are plenty of tapas bars just 5 minutes away too.

The apartment itself is modern, clean (the most important aspect for us!) and has everything you need for a week away from home.

Importantly it had airconditioning in each room but this was not needed as it had a balcony and large windows to let fresh air through the aprtment.

Coffee maker, microwave, hob, toaster etc was all there, but it was the smaller items like sponges, cloths, bin liners and washing up liquid which meant not having to worry about running down to a supermarket (which is 100 yards away!).

Also really useful were several guide b0oks (up to date!) and local information too.

There was enough space in the apartment for the four of us even though the living/dining room and kitchen were combined.

Two rooms had a TV, there was a Playstation and a washing machine too but we didn't use these. Also, there was wifi too- - very useful if still planning your agenda!

Joan, the owner, was really helpful and friendly. Easily contactable and made our arrival/departure very easy.

Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning a trip to the beatiuful Barcelona.

Spacious, convenient

We spent a week in this apartment and it was perfect for us. We didn't need 2 bedrooms but the extra space was a plus when we were packing at the end of our three-week trip. The apartment has many windows and lots of light - we were there in April and never needed the heat or air, so having good cross ventilation was really nice. Joan met us at the apartment when we arrived to orient us to the building and neighborhood and was very helpful with prompt replies to any questions we had during the week. The apartment was well stocked and everything was in good working condition. We loved being in a quiet, mostly residential area while still being just a short walk to the Metro. We were also quite close to all of the attractions of Montjuic, El Raval and Barri Gotic, and could easily use Metro to go farther afield. There is a grocery in the same block as the apartment and many cafes, bars and small shops within a couple of blocks

Excellent appartment in a great location

A great apartment which is as described in the advert. Perfectly located within an easy 10 minutes walk of Les Rambla. The apartment is in a very quiet location but close to restaurants, bars and Tapas bars.

The property was well maintained, the manager met us on arrival and was very helpful in describing the area and best restaurants etc. He was kind enough to order our taxi on our last day.

We spent 5 days in this great apartment ( family of four, two boys 12 and 8) sight seeing all of the city and Camp Nou.

The restaurants near to the apartment were excellent compared to those on Les Rambla and better value for money. We were eating with the locals as opposed to tourists.

If you want an independent value for money stay in Barcelona close to Les Rambla and all the other tourist attractions but with the added bonus of an apartment in a quiet area. I recommend this apartment.

Perfect Barcelona location

We had a great time here! Whether walking or catching the metro it's ideal here. Montjuic is a great area and has a real local feel of what life in Barcelona is like. Local restaurants, cafes and shops are ideal and walking to the bustle of La Rambla could not be simpler. Joan gave us plenty of tips on arrival and met us for departure and was even kind enough to go to the trouble of posting to France my left behind cumbersome ski boots! An arduous task I am sure. Thanks Joan we hope to visit your funky little flat again. Oh yes ... and also the flat itself is a little beauty .. so comfy .. so homely.. and so well equipped.
