This lakefront Victorian home offers a beautiful full view of the lake and the hills beyond, it also boasts almost 350 feet of lake frontage. with 3 1/2 acres, a private setting for your vacation.

Inside this historic home, built in 1859, there are four bedrooms, two full baths, a large living room with fireplace, a large formal dining room with fireplace, and an expansive kitchen/breakfast room with new granite counter tops! The modern kitchen was remodeled in 2002 and has an adjoining deck for that early coffee overlooking the lake. There are three additional decks, one off the master bedroom, an 800 sq ft covered porch off the kitchen(with a kitchenette with granite counters & 1/2 bath), and a large covered porch across the entire front of the house. All bedrooms have comfy queen size beds! There is one bedroom on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second level. There is also a queen size pull out sofa. One of the full baths is on the first floor for easy access.

The manor has recently been furnished with brand new furniture and a few antiques.

Just in front of the porch the lawn slopes down to the lake where there is a large dock. The ample parking is right outside your door and the entire two acres is basically a flat property.

The large permanent dock is set up for large sailboats, and accommodate up to 30 foot motor boats.

There is a paddle boat and row boat. Make sure to always wear a life vest in the water.

There is now a beautiful 'honeymoon cottage' available with the manor house only, that sleeps 4 people. Please call for pricing, if interested.

A brick firepit is located close to the lake for your evening enjoyment. You supply the smores!

Keuka manor
Great rental for family vacation. Plenty of room, beautifully furnished and equipped, covered patio with kitchenette, dock and boats - everything u need to relax. Air conditioned as well. Marina next door had the boat we needed for cruising and tubing. Great spot overall - We’d certainly rent it again. Bring your own bed linens.

Awesome vacation spot!
This was the fourth year for our family at Keuka Manor. We have vacationed on Keuka Lake for over 20 years and this is far and away the best property we have found. This property provides so much room that it never seems crowded for out large family. The covered patio with sink, refrigerator, and half bath is probably the best overall feature of anywhere we have stayed. For that one day or night when the rain comes, this area provides a perfect spot to still be able to enjoy the outdoors. The permanent fir pit is also very nice and we enjoy having a "campfire" every night where we have s'mores and mountain pies galore. The dock is very large and provides ample room for all our lounging needs. There are many wineries very close for those who like to hit the trail. We look forward to returning here for many years to come.

Fantastic Family Vacation!
We stayed at Keuka Manor in July 2016, and highly recommend this home for a family holiday. We had 3 generations under one roof and everyone agreed that this home had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed the included canoe and paddle boat, and brought our own kayaks to launch directly off the dock. We enjoyed exploring the small towns nearby, and the wonderful wineries within just a few minutes of the house! We spent many afternoons in the shade of the back deck with the fans adding a nice breeze, and the outside fridge providing cool beverages. The large yard was perfect for the kids to run around and play!

A must see - worth every penny
We stayed here in October 2014 and the photos do not do it justice. What a lovely property, private and serene. Very clean. The downstairs bathroom was just redone with gorgeous stone and is wheelchair accessible. The deck offers an outside "kitchen" and 1/2 bath, which is wonderfully convenient. Make sure to rent the adorable cottage with the main house, if you can. This rental is worth every penny.
