Our 3rd floor corner unit, Maravilla 2301, is a beautiful unit, nautical decor, very nicely furnished and upgraded each year, 90% of our vacationers are repeat visitors, and we like to provide them with something a little different from their last visit. Oh, also we have another awesome GulfFront View condo, located in bldg. #2, the GulfFront building. It is a ground floor condo.

Great Time in Destin FL
We had a wonderful time here. The view is fabulous and the tenets were the best. This is the dog friendliest place ever. We will definitely add this place to our list of “want to return to” places. I gave it a rating of four stars only because of a few minor maintenance issues. Balcony door handle was loose and I was waiting for it to come off. It didn’t. Musty smell in the main bathroom. A couple of lights need to be replaced and we never did figure out how to turn on the ceiling light in the second bedroom. Oh and the smoke detector went off when we made toast. No we didn’t burn the toast in fact no smoke at all. I would replace the smoke detector. My overall rating should be a 4.5.

Nice cozy condo with beautiful view in a wonderful area of Destin. Loved the reserved chairs and umbrellas on the beach everyday!

Relaxing

Loved it!
My first time visiting the gulf and took my stepdaughter and her best friend. It was exactly like advertised and the perfect spot for us. I took my Shih Tzu with us and she seemed as comfortable as we were! I totally lived the entire area and will DEFINITELY return next year and try to book the same place. We made our minds up that we need to do two weeks next year instead of one!
We would love to have you back next year for two weeks!! I am so glad you had a great stay.
