About this property

The house can accommodate 12/14 people.

It is ideally located on the seafront with a magnificent view of the Atlantic.
You will be able from the living room, the 5 bedrooms, the garden and the swimming pool to admire the sea view and the superb panorama on the islands of Oléron, Aix, Madame and the forts Louvois and Boyard.

Located along the coast, in a quiet area, you can leave the garden on the customs road which runs alongside the multi-colored oyster huts to reach the port of Chapus and Fort Louvois in 5 mins. Embark from the port for excursions on the Islands (several daily departures for the island of Aix in ¾ h of sea and Oléron in 5 mins crossing) and around Fort Boyard.

You can also put on your boots and go fishing for shells in front of the house at low tide.
If, finally, you are more earthly than a sailor, you can walk on one of the many cycle paths and cross the marshes at the oyster beds to the beaches.

grande maison pleine de charme mais mal entretenue

La maison est située à 700m du départ du pont de l'ile d'oleron. Elle est spacieuse et offre une très belle vue. Las beaucoup de détails sont gênants: les lames de la terrasse se déchaussent (prévoir des écorchures), le BBQ est très moyen (grilles tordues/rouillées), escalier pour monter dans une chambre à proscrire pour les très jeunes et/ou très vieux, beaucoup de feuilles dans la piscine (malgré que nous la nettoyions et recouvrions chaque jour) vu que la végétation était un peu exubérante.

Maison conforme a la description mais a rénover

Il y a une bonne rénovation à prévoir dans cette maison ! La maison n’est pas entretenue ! Douche bouchée, rideau pas bien accroché, poignées de porte a changer, robinetterie à changer, joints des douches et baignoire moisis, table à repasser inutilisable, aspirateur ne fonctionne pas… Les vélos ne sont pas du tout utilisables. Une belle piscine mais la terrasse est a refaire complètement.

Un beau WE prolongé entre amis

La maison était parfaitement adaptée au groupe (6 adultes 6 enfants). Les espaces de vie sont agréables et la cuisine bien agencée. La vue depuis le jardin est superbe, la ballade depuis la maison jusqu'au fort Louvois très agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Maison de vacances adaptées aux grandes familles

Vue imprenable sur l'océan, accès au port rapide et agréable le long des cabanes de pêcheurs. Piscine non chauffée mais de bellz taille et bien intégrée au paysage. Maison restée dans son style. Dommage qu'il manque un WC séparé a l'étage. Séjour très agréable dans une maison bien équipée.
