RECENTLY RESTORED VILLA - Stunningly beautiful, luxury holiday accommodation

Villa La Braja is a large villa with spacious air conditioned bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms and comfortable for large families or 2 smaller families. Its private pool and terraces overlook the beautiful Apuane mountains to the south and the Apennines to the north. The large terrace is perfect for relaxing as the sun goes down before eating al fresco. A wood fired pizza oven and gas BBQ are a big hit with our guests. Villa La Braja is very well equipped with American fridge-freezer, ice maker, coffee machine and beautifully presented. The luxury accommodation is ideal for families or couples.

Built around the original stone farmhouse, it now has modern facilities within its own landscaped garden, pool and lawn area. It on the edge of a small borgo (hamlet) in the beautiful region known as Lunigiana.
There is a boule (bocce) court which is ideal for all ages, and vegetable garden to pick whatever you would like for your meals.

Wonderful home away from home

Great way to appreciate the breathtaking views and amenities of this lovely property. We were 2 families (4 adults 4 teenagers) and had such a wonderful time. If you remember only one comment from me, it’s that, the pictures don’t do it justice.

We live in London but fell in love with Lunigiana when we visited Italy in 2008. We wanted to buy a holiday home and soak up the Italian culture, food and wine. Our holiday villa is in the same hamlet so we are on hand to help if needed.

Why they chose this property

Our properties are only 15 minutes from the motorway so there is easy access to many towns villages and sights such as the Cinque Terre, Lucca, Parma, La Spezia, Portovenere, Portofino etc. Yet we are located in a very tranquil area with spectacular views. The property is set in beautiful landscaped gardens with views over the olive grove.

What makes this property unique

The private pool set in landscaped gardens is perfect for a relaxed holiday. There is plenty of play area for the kids and a bocce court (petanque) for all the family. A vegetable and herb garden provides produce for guests to pick for their evening meals. There are many fruit trees also with pears, apples and cherries.
Our guests enjoy, apart from the pool, cycling, walking and exploring the villages/markets and towns of Lunigiana.
