Maravilla Resort Condo - Great View & Pet Friendly!

With almost 1050 square feet, , this 2 bedrooms, 2 bath unit is so spacious that you will have a comfortable stay with your family and enjoy the beautiful beach. Our condo is located on the 3rd floor with partial view of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony and just a short walking distance to the beach.

Our beds have been outfitted with the most comfortable mattresses and sheets we can find. The full-size front-load stack-able washer and dryer are so big that you will have room to wash everything at once - leaving you time for the fun activities. Wireless Internet is available throughout the unit, free wifi.

The Living Room has plenty of seating options and the 55 inch HDTV. Our Master suite has a King bed with a flat screen HDTV. Our guest bedroom has a Queen bed and it's own TV. The hall bath is easily accessible to the guest bedroom. Not enough space? We have a Queen sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests.

Our condo is recently renovated with a fully Stocked Kitchen.

Pet Friendly–Well Groomed, Well Trained Pets Allowed with Prior Approval.

Maravilla has 2 large pools, one Gulf-front and one seasonally heated with a hot tub, next to it is the tennis courts and a basketball hoop. The resort has a small gym, a private beach and gated community.

Our beach attendants are fantastic. Our unit comes with daily beach set up, 2 chairs and one umbrella, from March 15 - October 31st.

All of our properties do require a Saturday-Saturday stay during Summer and Other Peak times of year.

*** We would like to welcome our furry guests that are under 20 pounds. Here are some of the breeds that we don't accept:
Pit bull, American Staffordshire, Mastiff, Doberman, Akita, German Shepherd, Greyhound, Great Dane.

*** OUR GUESTS HAVE TO BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT OUR CONDOS IN SPRING BREAK WEEKS!!!

Miramar is magical

Very nice decor, easy access, great view, good communication from owners. Very sweet, kind and enthusiastic. We had a relaxing time being across the street from the beach and access to 2 beautiful pools. Wonderful location, comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Home away from home

We enjoyed our week at the Maravilla condo. Our host was great at following up on questions and providing info on things I wouldn’t have even thought to ask about. She checked in before, during and after our stay. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Wonderful condo and location!

My family enjoyed our stay at this condo. We had everything we needed, such as, kitchen utensils, cookware, and dishes. The washer and dryer in the unit was in great shape too. The two pools were great! The location is very convenient for grocery shopping, restaurants, outlet mall, and much more. Several good restaurants were within walking distance. The beach service was also great! I would highly recommend.

We are young parents with 2 cute little boys. We both were born in Vietnam and came to America with the whole family. We love the beach. We came to Destin in the Summer 2014 with our cousins and fell in love with the beach, the environment, the activities, friendly people! After that trip, we purchased this property in 2014 so our family can spend time together when we come down here and now we are so excited to share it to our guests who love Destin as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Having a vacation home in Destin was our big dream. After a full year working and schooling hard, we want to spend some quality time together, hang out at the beach with the kiddos, explore the environment, teach our children about nature,...We finally did it! We purchased the condo in 2014 and it has been under re-modeling. Now that it is complete, we are so happy to see how it turns out, thank to our great designer and whole team!

What makes this property unique

We love Maravilla resort because it is beach front, just a few steps and we can get to the beach. It is close to grocery stores, restaurants and the outlet malls and pets are considered. This is a perfect place for every family vacation, a romantic beach for the young couples, beautiful place to hang out with friends!
