About this property

Villard de Lans is located in the heart of the Vercors Park. It is a warm and welcoming village, in every season.

The apartment, 4 stars, that we propose to you, is in our traditional home, of even foot, 55 m2, 3 rooms, 2 rooms, corner cooks opened on stay, very sunny, very calm, with panoramic view, on all the mountain range.

Free shuttles for alpine or Nordic ski slopes, just minutes away.

Near the Colline des Bains: 6 toboggan runs (with lifts) the ESF and its Piou Piou club for children from 3 to 6 years old.

In summer, landscaped area with barbecue, garden table, sun loungers and breathtaking views of the entire mountain range. Departure of hiking trail from our house.

Possibility of weekend (2 nights) extended weekends (3 nights) and short stays (3-4 nights) outside school holidays.

The price of the overnight stay varies depending on the time and length of stay. Winter weekend rate 110 € per night.

The deposit is not included in the estimate, but requested on arrival and returned at departure, or 300 €.

Heating extra, if necessary, from June to the end of September.

The tourist tax € 1.30 per day and per person, in addition, paid separately, free for children up to 18 years.

Tres belle vue

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits. Bon accueil. Quelques toiles d'araignées au plafond, mais location propre dans l'ensemble. Décoration qui mériterait un coup de rajeunissement. Un radiateur sèche serviettes qu'il aurait été agréable de pouvoir mettre en fonctionnement compte tenu des températures fraîches du soir et du matin. Bon emplacement près de Villard

TRES BON SEJOUR

Nous venons de passer un très bon week-end de trois jours avec un bébé de 5 mois. Vue panoramique splendide, location très agréable où tout est prévu pour un très bon séjour (même un lit de bébé). Villars de Lans est accessible à pied avec une poussette. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire. Je recommande cette location.

superbe

a 5 min a pied de villard de lans, repas pris dans le jardin face aux montagnes, hote trés attentioné. A refaire sans aucun doute.

Appartement simple et confortable de plein pied accès facile au centre de Villard et petit jardin

Très bon séjour, pluvieux mais joyeux, dans cet appartement confortable et bien situé. Propriétaires attentionnés, toutes commodités pour un bébé.

A recommander!!

Un excellent séjour dans une location( type studio) très confortable, très bien équipée, adaptée à une famille avec 1 ou 2 enfants. Elle est idéalement située, au calme, avec vue sur les montagnes et accès à un agréable petit jardin. La maison est un peu à l'écart de Villard de Lans qui est facilement accessible à pied en 5 minutes, village animé mais très familial ( crêperies,piscine, cinéma, bowling, accrobranche). Monsieur et Madame Maillard vous accueillent chaleureusement et simplement. A recommander sans réserve!
