Recently updated interior features chefs kitchen and appliances, a Sonos sound system inside and outside the home as well as a surround sound system in the family room along with a 70" UHDTV. There are televisions and sound systems in each room along with Amazon Echo in the kitchen and echo dots in each bedroom to act as your personal assistant, to provide relaxing bedtime sounds, music and answers to all the world’s most important questions. Awesome outdoor space and beautiful views, needs a bit of TLC though

Loved the property overall and especially enjoyed the fire pit outside! Robert was kind enough to leave a welcome basket with smores ingredients (among other generous items!) which we fully enjoyed using in the outdoor fire pit. The interior of the house was spacious and had enough sleeping space for everyone in the group, but a few areas could use a bit of TLC. As expected with an older property, there was quite a bit of wear and tear and visible dirt (stains on the couch) that could easily be removed with a deep cleaning session. Despite the cleanliness, we all had a great stay in the house and would recommend the space! Thank you Robert for a wonderful stay!

Great location, great amenities

Perfect location for a bachelor party. We used the fire pit and jacuzzi each night. The pizza oven and wood-fired BBQ were great as well.

Gorgeous Setting and Perfect Retreat

Incredible experience!

The Easter Ranch house did not disappoint! We had a fantastic family gathering and there was even a proposal! The gardens were in full bloom for optimal picture taking. We made s’more left by the amazing owner, Robert! Figured out the pizza oven and relaxed in the hot tub. Robert’s personal touches were very thoughtful and appreciated. We hope to be back!

We are a family of 8, my wife and I and 6 children. We have owned this property since early 1999. We plan on expanding the home in time and retiring here after our children are through school and out on their own. In the meantime, we love to share this beautiful home, its unique features and handcrafted construction. The original home dates to the late 1800's or early 1900's and the large portion of the home was added in 1961. The home and the renovation were designed in the Frank Lloyd Wright style and built by hand from clear redwood throughout.

Why they chose this property

You will find this property to an amazing oasis in the midst of the Edna Valley. Most people could not find and wouldn't notice this property. Everyone that comes out to our home remarks that it is so isolated but so close to all the local amenities and sites. Incredible views from inside and out, central coast weather, great entertainment options inside and out, a hot tub for 8 and ping pong, shuffle board and darts for your competitive cravings while you are bbq-ing or just hanging out with a glass of fine wine, craft beer or a craft cocktail. You will love the unique setting, night and day. The whole property is lit and usable day and night. You will lov the unique style and history of the home and the incredible outdoor entertainment options.

What makes this property unique

Isolated but close to everything. Incredible outdoor spaces and usable landscape. World Class entertaining amenities and plenty of space to sit, eat drink and enjoy the great views. The home is older but gives a wonderful, warm and comfortable feeling. It is easy to host a few or a larger group of people. The views from the inside are almost as good as the views from the outside. Great open rooms, expansive eves and decks, large windows and expanses of glass bring the beautiful outdoors into the inside spaces. You can sit for hours and just watch what is going on outside or rest, relax, read and enjoy.
