About this property

I propose to shelter you the time of a short or medium stay in one of the districts of Petit-Canal, named Gros-Cap. You will be accommodated in a comfortable bungalow for up to 3 adults and 1 child.
The rental consists of a bedroom with a double bed, an adjoining bathroom, a lounge with TV + TNT and a convertible sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Do not worry, you'll enjoy the weather, the sun and the trade winds on the terraces at the front and back of the bungalow.
You will be able to connect to the internet 24 hours a day. BBQ is provided for grilling evenings.

The hiring is on a private ground, not far from the owners, with a privative garden. You will have a space to park your car in the enclosure of the rental secured by an electric barrier.

In the vicinity of the bungalow, you will find the beach of Anse Maurice located at 1,5km (5 minutes by car) and the restaurant Chez Pinpin where you can discover or rediscover the West Indian dishes, as well as a wind farm at 2km.
Note that there is a post office within a radius of 2km as well as "fast food" points.

The town of Petit-Canal is a commune known for its natural side and offers you the opportunity to visit the mangrove through a boat trip offered by the companies positioned on the fishing port of the city center at attractive rates.

Other neighboring cities: Le Moule, Port-Louis and Morne-à-L'eau are all about 15 to 20 minutes from the bungalow and offer many sites to visit such as the cemetery of the village of Morne-à-L ' water, the Souffleur beach, the Damoiseau distillery ...

Séjour à Petit Canal

Nous sommes un couple de"marcheurs" avant tout. Nous sommes allés à la découverte du sentier de Beautiran, le départ se fait juste à gauche du stade et on file à travers des champs de cannes pour arriver près d'un carbet. Là on entame le sentier qui mène à Beautiran, ancien site sucrier, au bout on arrive près de la mer.Il y a une jolie vue sur la mangrove et une ruine du port sucrier de Beautiran. Il y a aussi le sentier de deville-maisoncelle et un bon moment de détente à la plage de l'anse Maurice. Le cimetière des esclaves à l'anse Marguerite, a quelques kilomètres, il y a la mahaudière, une plaine d'arbres centenaire pour se reposer en famille... Les propriétaires du gîte sont à l'écoute de leurs hôtes. C'est un coin calme, reposant et près de tout... Nous leur disons MERCI.

location de passage , pas de longue durée

Situation éloignée de tous commerces , plage dégradée sargasses très peu de plage sable, détritus , location pas adaptée pour un long séjour ,grille pain absent ,matériels pour la cuisson minime, four micro ondes non simple micro ondes, pas de four, fuite au tuyau douche .
