Truly wonderful stay in Frederic's St. Germaine Flat ....

Truth in Advertising. This wonderful, comfortable, feels like you live in the most fantastic neighborhood in Paris, flat is EXACTLY what is advertised in Home Away. We are a family of 4, our kids are 20 years old, who are just starting to experience international travel. Frederic's flat is perfectly located, easy access to all the sites, and FOOD, well we walked out the door and there were an "embarrassment of riches" of cafes, fantastic shopping and adventure. I particularly loved the area which was bustling but the flat is situated in a courtyard so it was always so quiet. Frederic has everything and then some stocked , so grateful for the extra adapters. Ruth and her cousin he greeted us and bid us a warm adieu were lovely and so helpful.

I cannot wait to of Back to PARIS and I would definitely want to stay here again.

Perfect apartment in amazing neighborhood

My husband and two teen daughters stayed in this beautiful Paris apartment. Everything went very smoothly with check in and check out, Ruth was very helpful. The apartment is very clean, modern, and there was plenty of space for the four of us. We absolutely loved the neighborhood... very close to Luxembourg Gardens, great cafes and shopping right in the neighborhood. We were disappointed when we arrived that A/C was not functioning. However, it turned out to not be an issue as there were plenty of fans which made it quite comfortable. Overall a beautiful place!

Great location, great service, great experience

We loved our stay here. Frédéric and Lucy were great communicators who made it easy to book and access the apartment. The location is great, too. Plenty of great dining, shopping and chocolate shops very close by.

Quiet, secure and beautifully decorated with everything you could need inside

We have rented apartments in Paris before and this one has got to be one of the best. Ruth the housekeeper met us and made us feel so welcome. We have very little French speaking skills and having someone as helpful as her around if you need her is very comforting. The apartment is back off the street and very quiet with loads of natural light coming from the large windows which look out onto a common courtyard. Everything you could possibly need is inside and it feels like home. Frederic the owner is very prompt at getting back to email messages and is very good at making sure everything is organised for a wonderful stay. We could not recommend this property highly enough it is fabulous.

A LOVELY AND WELL SITUATED PLACE TO STAY IN THE 6TH

We were two couples from California coming to Paris for a short visit -- four days. The apartment was just as advertised. It is lovely, well furnished and very well situated -- a few blocks from St. Germain des Pres and the Luxembourg Gardens. The Metro is just across the street. Ruth, the owner's agent, met us when we arrived by taxi from Gare de Nord. She was lovely and answered all our questions. The stay was seamless and quite enjoyable. We highly recommend this property.
