Unfortunately, our 15 days staying in this apartment was made less enjoyable because the apartment did not have air conditioning. In spite of the representation to the contrary, the a/c had been inoperable for a period of time before our arrival and we were not notified until we took occupancy. Apartments such as this without windows that face outside circulating air flow, in Paris in the summer can become disgustingly hot! A/C was part of the contract and the owner breached the rental agreement! We contacted the owner and his agent more than once and no repair was made. We requested some financial consideration for our trouble and the landlord along with not fixing the problem, refused to give us the slightest consideration... Given the price of the rental, no AC, broken stereo which I had to repair and gas burners on the stove that did not work ( these items were discussed with the housekeeper Ruth) you should consider other properties in Paris, which are a better deal, in better condition with a landlord who is attentive and fair minded. Don't rent here.

Perfect apartment in amazing neighborhood

My husband and two teen daughters stayed in this beautiful Paris apartment. Everything went very smoothly with check in and check out, Ruth was very helpful. The apartment is very clean, modern, and there was plenty of space for the four of us. We absolutely loved the neighborhood... very close to Luxembourg Gardens, great cafes and shopping right in the neighborhood. We were disappointed when we arrived that A/C was not functioning. However, it turned out to not be an issue as there were plenty of fans which made it quite comfortable. Overall a beautiful place!

Great location, great service, great experience

We loved our stay here. Frédéric and Lucy were great communicators who made it easy to book and access the apartment. The location is great, too. Plenty of great dining, shopping and chocolate shops very close by.

Quiet, secure and beautifully decorated with everything you could need inside

We have rented apartments in Paris before and this one has got to be one of the best. Ruth the housekeeper met us and made us feel so welcome. We have very little French speaking skills and having someone as helpful as her around if you need her is very comforting. The apartment is back off the street and very quiet with loads of natural light coming from the large windows which look out onto a common courtyard. Everything you could possibly need is inside and it feels like home. Frederic the owner is very prompt at getting back to email messages and is very good at making sure everything is organised for a wonderful stay. We could not recommend this property highly enough it is fabulous.
