Villa, duplex, surrounded by greenery in a forest of larches and pines, in the village designed by the architect Gellner in Borca di Cadore. The recently renovated chalet consists of: upstairs large living room, characterized by large windows from which to admire the splendid scenery surrounding the house, with a sofa area, fireplace, and kitchenette, single bedroom (whose bed can become a double if necessary), two bathrooms; downstairs, double bedroom with a third bed, en suite bathroom, single bedroom, laundry room, sauna, garden. The house has an outdoor parking space. Small size dogs are allowed subject to the payment of Euro 200,00 as a deposit.

The house is included in the complex "Court of the Dolomites" which guarantees the maintenance services of the green and snow mackerel. There is also on the whole a SPA with swimming pool, and a small church designed by the architect. Shoe.

The house is 12 kilometers from Cortina d'Ampezzo, 3 kilometers from San Vito di Cadore.

There were amazing days!

We had wonderful weekend! A House is very comfortable and located in a magic place with wild nature and fresh air! We enjoyed staying in a quiet authentic place near the large ski resort. Thank you! We'd like to come back.

Good Cabin

The cabin is nice and clean, in winter time with lots of snow it could be difficult to get to the cabin. The sauna was not working because when we turned it on, the lights went off. The other bad thind was the Wifi, I couldn´t connect, there was ni private network, just an open netwirk and my samsung device didn't connect, I contact the manager with no help from her or his side. I turned on a Linksys that was in the cabin but the manager didn't provide me with the password. I have to work and it was impossible, I bought a TIM sim card but due to the cabin is in the middle of a forest and the cell service was weak, so I need to go to a cafe late in every afternoon to connect there. In nowadays home office works you cannot provide a weak wifi. Rest of the cabin was ok

Mountain stay

Somewhat remote but very quiet location. Lots of space. Close to many attractions. Very nice to have laundry facilities. Recommended.

Really cool place

We liked this stylish place a lot. Tranquil and quit but a good starting point to explore the area around Cortina and Cadore. Really nice kitchen and balcony. Kitchen was very well equipped, 3 bathrooms, sauna. So nothing really to complain about

Cómodo y acogedor

Pareció que estaba algo alejado de la carretera, pero esa fue una de las ventajas. Amplio, cómodo, estupendo para acogernos después de cansarnos en la montaña. Muy recomendable.
