My condo coordinator and I take great pride in maintaining a high-end residence. In doing that, I do not rent to groups, or parties of weddings, multiple unit rentals, etc. This is not a party place. DUE TO A FAMILY MEMBER BEING EXTREMELY ALLERGIC TO PETS, THIS IS A STRICT NO PET RENTAL. The unit is protected by exterior cameras and the house rules are strictly enforced. Rest assured there are absolutely, no interior cameras.

Relaxing weekend

A great location and a fantastic condo for relaxing. The host outreach communication was proactive, accurate, and appreciated. Everything you could want, and more, was organized and readily available in what my family described as the best vrbo we have ever stayed in. From the high end furnishings, great linens and towels, well equipped kitchen, and organized "extras", everything you need is here. There are nice touches like tennis rackets, balls, fishing gear, coolers, etc. available for use. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and views of the lake and wildlife. While the condo is quiet and peaceful, you are not far from any number of restaurants or excursion you may wish to enjoy.

Exceptional stay

Wow sums up our experience...this unit and the entire stay exceeded our expectations. There was not one thing we needed that wasn't provided. The "Lake Life" theme is every where - feels like a 5-star hotel. Extremely clean, exceptionally comfortably, and gorgeous views. We didnt want to leave. The communication and special touches from the property manager were like icing on the cake. The amount of communication and level of detail was spot on - we felt informed and supported throughout our stay. Just....WOW!!!!

Very convenient location and great accommodations

The location was exactly what we were looking for. Right on the lake, Great Lake views from the porch, convenient access to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The property itself was very clean. The place was also well stocked ( towels, coffee, soap, dishes, etc.), quality furniture, and personal touches that made the stay that much more comfortable. The property easily accommodated the five of us and could easily handle 1 more. Check in / Check process was very easy. We will be visiting again.

Immaculate at Every Level

This is a 6 star property. The thought that has gone into making this a home away from home was so well executed frankly I was amazed. My favorite VRBO we have EVER stayed in and I can’t wait to return. No detail was missed from creature comforts to electronic charging stations to snacks to coffee to bedding to a very accessible property manager. It made leaving our daughter at college a much easier process. Thank you for letting us use your home!

I live in upstate NY and love visiting the Lake Norman area. I have stayed on the lake a number of different times. When visiting earlier this year, I looked at some beautiful waterfront homes, but retirement is still about 5 years away. While staying at a condo in Harborside, I decided to look at this unit which was for sale. Long story short, I bought it, completely renovated it and want to use it when it is not being enjoyed by others.

Why they chose this property

I have been in, or visited on-line, all of the units which are available for rent in Harborside. Many have been updated with granite, however few have renovated the bathrooms, the fireplace and installed real hardwood floors. The other units are all very nice, but this one is stunning! When compared to other complexes in Cornelius, Harborside rules. Others do not have elevators and are not as close to a great restaurant. I eventually want to retire on the Lake in the Cornelius area. In the mean time, I hope you enjoy my condo as I take my first steps toward retirement.
