This pretty double-oriented flat of 70 sq.m benefits from a beautiful view over the canal and the castle. The charm of the walls coloured with lime, the traditional ceilings and the exposed beams will delight you. You will find:

A stylish small living room overlooking the canal, with a high standard comfortable sofa-bed for 2 persons.

A large kitchen/dining room fully equipped and very comfortable with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, ceramics burners, Nespresso coffee maker, extractor hood.

A nice access hall to the bedroom with on one side a bathroom with shower enclosure, heater-towel warmer, and on the other side a hand basin and a washing machine.

A large bedroom of 25 sq.m with quality bedding, 2 twin beds of 90x200 each will also give you the comfort of a large 180x200 bed.

These 3 apartments, recently renovated and regularly maintained, will delight you with their decoration and comfort.

Les Reveries has just been renovated and has open on April 30th 2013

Le Warens and Le Rousseau have been recently ranked (december 2012) 3 stars by the Annecy tourism office. The request for les Reveries will be done when finished in May 2013

Great apartment in perfect location

My sister, daughter and I stayed at "The Warrens" for 6 nights in June 2017. It was a perfect place for 3 people in a wonderful location. The apartment is on the third floor, so you have a great view over the canal and old town.

The Warrens is spacious and well equipped. Dominique's Nespresso machine is invaluable for people like me, who need a good cup of coffee first thing in the morning. There were also tons of guide books and maps of the region, and Dominique had great recommendations of what to do and when. She and her daughter were available at all times to help us with our questions.

All three of us had a phenomenal time and would definitely come back to the region and Dominique's apartment.

Great apartment in a super location.

Our family of four loved the location and the apartment. It was located in the center of the village, everything in walking distance. Great host too! Highly recommended for an Annecy vacation.

Great location and great town!

This property is centrally located to everything. We rented all three apartments which were very clean and well appointed with tons of charm. Dominique was there to greet us when we arrived to review the apartments, town and things to do. The market is a must see (and eat), along with a bike ride around the lake. Dominique was there if we needed anything (she literally kept her light on when she was in) but did not intrude in anyway. Would highly recommend this property.

Fabulous apartment with beautiful view

This is a beautiful old building in the heart of Annecy. The entrance faces the cathedral and the back overlooks one of the most beautiful spots on the canal. Both sides are pedestrian-only and so there is no traffic noise. Our apartment was the "Warrens" and it reaches from the bedroom at the front of the building all the way to a bright sitting room at the back. In between is a large kitchen and eating area. The bedroom is huge and comfortable. The entire apartment was clean and well equipped. My wife and I prepared our meals at the apartment and the amount of money we saved not eating out more than paid for the accomodations. (There is a Monoprix a short walk away.)

Our hosts were a lovely family living upstairs. Dominique provided helpful advice and recommendations on how to spend our three days in Annecy.

There is no adjacent parking but free indefinite parking is available about 15 minutes away. Your best option, if you have large bags, is to drive as close as possible, park briefly while you check in and drop off your bags, and then move the car to the far side of the police station. Google Maps is of limited help because it isn't quite up-to-date on which streets are pedestrian-only and some stretches are only closed to cars at certain times of the day.

I highly recommend these apartments.

Very charming and old world setting.

Dominique was very welcoming and informative. The apartment is in the old town and thus in the center of the activities of beatiful Annecy. Surrounded by walking streets, there is a 5 to 10 minute walk to the apartment so study a city map ahead of time to locate parking which Dominique gives information about before your arrival. Once in your lodging, it is as if you stepped back in time to a fantasiful medieval setting. The apartment is quaint, well appointed, comfortable, and old world. The Le Warens apartment would be perfect for 2 people, but we made it work well for 4 adults. Just below our window was one of the waterways which flow through beatiful Annecy. We loved walking the old streets and of course the lake and mountains are breathtaking. Overall, staying in Annecy in this apartment has been a special part of our excursion in France.

On the edge of the Thiou canal in the Old Town of Annecy, few steps away from the lake. Pedestrian areas, shops, restaurants, cinema, theatres are very close by. The Old Town market happens 3 times a week and the flea market once a month. The Christmas market, every year, is set on the edge of the Thiou canal, not far from the lake and very close to the apartment. The Old Town, its canal and its lake are right outside your house. The Old Town, very lively, will seduce you with its numerous churches, its castle and old prisons.
