Seychelles is the best location on the beach! It's perfect for couples, families or a friend's getaway. Located on the east end of Panama City Beach, near St. Andrew's State Park, this is the perfect location for you to unwind and enjoy the beautiful white sand and emerald green water. Don't worry...you're only minutes away from restaurants (Schooner's, a local favorite, is right next door), shopping (including Pier Park Shopping District), Gulf World Marine Park, Zoo World, go-karts, putt-putt golf, Ship Wreck Island Water Park, deep sea fishing charters, dolphin watch/encounter cruises, and the list goes on and on! Plus this complex includes high speed elevators so you can get to the fun quickly!

Watch the sunrise and sunset from your 8th floor balcony...be sure to watch for dolphins, stingrays and manatees which are often spotted from this quiet location. Take a walk on the beach to St. Andrews State Park and reconnect with nature or drive a couple of minutes and visit the whole day for a picnic and shell hunting. If you're looking to enjoy the night life, it's just a few short minutes away. You can enjoy the fun and return home to a quiet night's sleep.

We've tried to provide everything you'll need in this comfortable condo. The kitchen has all stainless appliances (including dishwasher) and includes all the necessities you'll need for preparing meals, whether it's a full course dinner or warming leftovers in the microwave. There is a bar with seating for three and a dining table with chairs that will seat four.

This unit will sleep up to six people. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king size bed, TV and DVD player and includes an attached bath with shower/tub combo (a hair dryer is included). There are two bunks in the hallway alcove (a second bath is located directly across from the bunks which includes a large shower with a bench) and the couch folds out to a full bed.

The living area includes comfortable seating and the view is so amazing you may not want to leave this room....except to step out on the attached balcony! Two bar tables with chairs (4 total) are included for you to sit and enjoy the view and/or meals/beverages outside. Just in case you need to take a break from the outdoors, there is a 55" Smart TV and BlueRay DVD player for you to enjoy (we’ve also provided a selection of DVD's for you to watch). Games and puzzles are provided in case the weather isn’t cooperating or just to enjoy some fun family time together.

Venture out to the beach and enjoy the free beach service included with your reservation (this amenity is seasonal - March through October). Seating for two, with cushions and an umbrella. Spend the day, a few hours or a few minutes....it won't matter, because it's reserved just for you! Also available are jet ski, pontoon boat, banana boat, parasail and paddle board rentals.

Cable and Wifi are included with your rental but to ensure you stay well connected we have upgraded to an enhanced package for your internet needs.

Enjoy the two pools at Seychelles (one is heated during the cool months) along with the hot tub. Covered parking is provided and an exercise room is available if you want to burn off all of those wonderful meals! A full size washer/dryer is also available in the unit for your use during your stay.

This location really is the best on the beach. You're just a few minutes away from all the excitement but can return home to your condo away from the hustle, bustle and noise of the strip so you can enjoy the relaxing sound of the crashing waves upon your return.
