Amazing place, Amazing family! We will be back!
We stayed here as friends were getting married in the area. The villa is superb with all the facilities you need. Great pool great rooms and even an outside exercise area. 10 couples stayed in the villa so we had loads of space and enjoyed BBQs and entertaining the wedding party. Daniel and his family were so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. He drove us around and showed us all the great places to visit and eat. If you would like a great relaxing holiday book here!
Simply Stunning
Before even arriving at the Villa, Daniel had already begun to make arrangements to help our mixed party of young children and elderly parents stay more enjoyable.
Nothing was too much trouble for him or his family and a big thank you goes out to his daughter Nadedge and the rest of the team who keep this magnificent villa in its beautiful condition.
The villa is located a 5 minute drive from Pezenas or a 10 minute walk into the local, very friendly village that has a Tabac, Cafe/Bar, Patisserie and Restaurant (all you need) and is set in a quiet location with great views over the local landscape.
The villa itself is simply stunning with large airy bedrooms which are all air-conditioned. The communal areas are also spacious allowing even a large party like ours to relax on our own when we wanted to.
The highlight of our holiday was the days and evenings spent relaxing, cooking and dining in the superbly equipped barbecue and outside kitchen area while the kids played in massive swimming pool and hot tub.
Plenty of room for parking and with the large electric security gates, a real feeling of privacy and security.
We have stayed in this area of France for many years and this is the best villa with the best host family we have experienced.

Stunning Villa
We stayed with 2 other families in the villa for two weeks in August. It was extremely well presented and well equipped. We loved the outside kitchen and barbecue area which we used daily. The pool and surrounding area was fantastic and plenty large enough for the 3 families.Daniel and his family were extremely welcoming and helpful as hosts, close by if needed, but never intrusive. I would definitely recommend the villa, and would stay again if holidaying in the same area.
Absolutely amazingly comfortable large home
We just left and are very sad to say goodbye... fabulous house and fabulous town pezanas. This is an absolutely amazing property and the previous review in 2013 captures it perfectly:
- perfect owners who can help with everything but completely respect your privacy
- a large expansive and comfortable home which easily fitted 4 families; 8 adults and 7children
- a very large pool with easy entry for little ones, ample sun beds, umbrellas for shade, lots of outdoor dining spaces (at least 4)
- ensuites with bedrooms, beautiful master bedroom and possibly even better separate unit (attached) which is very modern and recently refurbished
- every mod con you need which doesn't show in photos; juicer, coffee machine, 2/3 kitchens (1 outside & 1 inside & 1 in unit), air conditioning everywhere,
- entertaining areas with piano, pool table, spa etc
- etc etc
And finally again one big merci to Daniel, his daughter Nadege and family for getting us into the best restaurants at short notice, taking us into town to help us shop first time, driving us to Beziers airport, nothing too much for this beautiful family - thank you for being warm and flexible with our special families needs...
We will definitely return again (from Australia..) - this is a special homely villa for special family occasions.
Excellent property. Excellent host. Very nice area
We stayed in Villa 'Les Moulins' for 4 weeks in july 2013. We are experienced travellers and rate this trip very very highly, possibly our best travel experience. We have decided to return :)
The property: Delicate house, well equipped. Giant swimming pool with kid-friendly entry. 5-6 different outdoor relaxation areas. Wonderful fully-equipped outdoor kitchen/barbeque secured many glorious evenings and sunsets.
The host: Daniel is the kindest host ever. He knows everyone and everything around the area and willingly guides his guest to experience what the area has to offer. Speaks ok english after a couple of glasses of wine :) His family lives next door and speaks excellent english and are very helpful too. Customer service was an impressive 100% - very comfortable for us.
The area: Walking distance to closest village with bakery/coffee. 5 min drive to closest city with several good restaurants. Otherwise a very nice part of southern France with much to offer within a short drive.
Particular benefits you will seldom experience anywhere else:
- If you want a tour and wine tasting at the local wine producer you can either turn up for their scheduled tours or just talk to Daniel who knows Guilhem, the owner. And Daniel might fix you some extra attention and treatment.
- Or if you need a good restaurant in the coast town Meze: Talk to Daniel. He will call Didier, the manager at the top level seafood restaurant 'l'eau Sel' and fix you a reservation and extra good service.
- The list could me much longer - Daniel always had impressive solutions that made our stay much more valuable and successful.

Amazing vacation house!
Monsieur Chevalier is an excellent host and his house is amazing. We were three families sharing the house and this worked very well. Everyone had plenty of space and even private bathrooms. The house have all the facilities you could ever need on a vacation. Both children and adults loved the pool.
The location of the house is also very good. 20 minutes from the closest beach (Meze) and 5 minutes from Pezenas with good grocery shopping and very cute markets.
We will definitely come back!
