McMinnville is a wonderful, thriving and popular destination; you won't get bored visiting the wine and beer bars. New and delicious eateries also make the line up along 3rd street. Clean, cute, and comfortable

This was a sweet little apartment—perfectly adequate for the two of us. It was well-stocked and very clean. Would stay here again.

Perfect Getaway…but not too far away!

McMinnville…what a special town…and this lovely apartment was the perfect location; comfortable, cozy and a short walk to amazing food, brew and ice cream. It had everything we needed; well-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and big TV!🤣 We ended up binging Yellowstone, (which was fantastic). Thank you!

Excellent Property - Comfortable & Quiet

My daughter stayed here while job hunting and looking for an apartment. She found a job right away and started work, telecommuting. She actually worked her first week from here via Zoom and it worked out great -- quiet and get internet. Thank you so much for a great launching point!

Great Stay

We needed a place to stay for a month while we waited for our new apartment to become available. The apartment and its management were excellent. McMinnville itself was just okay. We highly recommend this listing.
