About this property

This charming stone cottage is the ideal place to spend holidays relaxing, walking in the open air, etc.. Its strategic location in the western Ligurian hinterland allows to reach the sea in just 30 minutes, but at the same time offering a typical mountain landscape.
The house is on two levels connected by an internal staircase. The ground floor comprises a large entrance hall, a lounge with wooden table, two sofas and wood stoves, an habitable kitchen with a fireplace (which gives access to a wide terrace with a wood burning oven and grill), and a bathroom. On the first floor there are three tastefully furnished and decorated bedrooms and small bathroom.
With regard to the finishes, there are slate floors in the living area and wood floors in the sleeping one. The house's furniture is rustic. Outside, on the opposite side of the entrance, there is also a large garden.

Piccolo Paradiso

Ein Liebhaber-Objekt: eine grüne Oase, ein äußerst liebevoll ausgestattetes Haus mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse und Außenküche. Die netten Vermieter kümmern sich vorbildlich, verwöhnen zusätzlich mit Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten (sofern vorhanden) und antworten auf jede Frage prompt per WhatsApp. Wir können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen für alle, die sich in the middle of nowhere wohlfühlen, denen der Weg zum Meer nicht zu weit ist (40 Minuten Gekurve) und die Sinn für Altes und Natur haben. Danke den Gastgebern für alle Liebe und Sorgfalt, die sie in dieses hübsche Haus stecken. Es ist echt etwas Besonderes!

Parfait

Fulvio et son épouse sont des gens adorables. La maison est un vrai lieu de paix et de détente. Petit point d'eau pour se rafraîchir dans le jardin, cuisine d'extérieur fonctionnelle. Une belle semaine loin de l'agitation.

Traumhaft!!!

Wir ( 3 Erwachsene und 2 Jugendliche) haben den Aufenthalt in Moano jeden Tag aufs Neue genossen. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden. Die Außenküche mit dem Pizzaofen ist großartig, der Garten mit dem Wasserbecken sehr erfrischend. Die Natur, die Berge, die Vielseitigkeit der Pflanzen einfach wunderschön. Gerne haben wir Wanderungen gemacht. Zur Küste sind es 35 Minuten - für uns gut erreichbar - mit ganz unterschiedlichen Stränden. Tolle Vielfahrt. Danke, für die Fahrräder. Das war eine wunderbare Fahrradtour auf der alten Bahntrasse. Es lohnt sich Nachts aus dem Fenster zu gucken - so viel Sterne sieht man selten. Fulvio und Ornella sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Gemüse aus Fulvios Garten köstlich! Wir haben die schönsten Ferien verbracht! Herzlichen Dank!!
