It is comfortable, cosy and just yards from the sea front and town centre. The property has a delightful enclosed garden with seating area at the front and the all-important off-road parking for one car.Ground floor: Front door leading into: Lounge; with TV. Door into inner hallway with door to Dining room, with steps leading into the Kitchen: with electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine and microwave.
First floor: Stairs leading to landing with doors to 2 Double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. Family bathroom with separate shower cubicle, bath, WC and wash basin.
Please note: This property is a traditional character property and therefore has several steps and quirky features. Off-road Parking. Highchair. Bed linen supplied. (Please bring own towels.) Regret no pets. Location: beach 60 metres, pubs and shops a 4 minute stroll.Please note that the information on this page is intended as a guide only.
