We offer the BEST location in Washington, D.C. close to the monuments and one block away from The Wharf! A modern style kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom located in each floor). On the first floor you will find the modern kitchen and a dining room area. On the second floor you will find a one bedroom with a queen size bed, closet and plenty of light. A separate bathroom with a tub, a TV Room with 3 comfortable coaches, flat TV, plus the laundry room with washer and dryer. On the third floor you will find two more bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and a desk with a garden view and another one with a twin size and a trundle bed, plus an additional bathroom.

The perfect location!

We had an absolute blast in DC and I truly believe we can attribute that to how convenient our house was to everything! We could literally walk everywhere, but the parking spot was also a huge help when we did want to drive. A truly great week and a truly great house!

Great Spring Break

We spent spring break here. It was fantastic. Location is the best part. Close to the waterfront and within walking distance to the Cherry Blossoms. 🍒

Perfect townhome for a family, great location

We loved staying at this townhome. It was perfect for our family of 5. It's a cozy home, with all the amenities, appliances and kitchen gadgets a family would need. Located by the wharf, only 5-minute walk to all the restaurants and shops there. Just 17-minute walk to the national mall. We left our van at the private parking spot provided and haven't had to return to it until our vacation was over. Kids loved the house and the tour of DC. 2 twin beds in bedroom 3 are actually a bed and a trundle, which worked out great for our boys. Thank you Luisa and Gonzalo.

You won't find a better location, ideal for anyone interested in exploring Washington, D.C. A block away from the Wharf District, an amazing development by the Potomac River that offers international restaurants, entertainment venues and much more. Walking distance to the National Mall, the White House, Congress, Museums and Monuments. Our property is metro and bus accessible, walking distance to major DC's landmarks making it a perfect place to stay with your family or a group of friends.

The Waterfront Metro Station is 3 blocks away, when you get off from the metro at the end of the day, just make a quick stop by Safeway's grocery store or decide to enjoy a delicious meal at any of the nice restaurants of the area. Walk only one block and you will get to the Wharf District by the Potomac River. Where you will enjoy different entertainment venues, restaurants and boat rides to George Washington’s Mount Vernon in Alexandria, VA or decide to have an unforgettable dinner cruise at the Odyssey. If you are in the mood, explore DC’s floating historical Washingtonian Fish Market. Are you still with energy? Continue to walk and you will get to the Tidal Basin, Jefferson Memorial, Martin Luther King Memorial and the Cherry Blossom Trees during the spring season!

For baseball and soccer fans, just go to the Capitol Riverfront and you will find the National Stadium and the Audi field. There you will find good restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops or just something going on every weekend! Our favorite thing to do during the summer time is to enjoy a nice picnic and live music in Navy Yard Waterfront. During the winter season, just head to Canal Park - and enjoy the Ice Rink.

What makes this property unique

You don't need to rent a car to visit Washington, D.C. The public transportations it’s great, from the vacation rental you have few options. First, just walk out from the vacation rental and start walking towards seven streets to find the bus stop. Ride the bus # 74 and get off at the center of the National Mall. You can also walk to L' Enfant Metro Station (orange and blue lines) or just walk about three blocks and get to the Waterfront Metro Station (green line). For bike's lovers, just rent a bike at the BikeShare dock located across the street from the Waterfront Metro stop and enjoy your day!
