Great apartment in Rome

We were 2 adults travelling with our 20yo, 18yo and 15yo children. We had good contact with the owner regarding this property and some general tourist information from our initial booking. The apartment is very centrally located and we walked everywhere - to all the tourist sites and out for dinner. The apartment had a kitchen which meant we could self cater for any or every meal. The washing machine was excellent and some detergent was provided or perhaps left over from previous guests. Heating meant the apartment was always at a comfortable temperature and our washing dried on the clothes airer.

Lovely apartment near Piazza Navona

The apartment is in a superb location for the main sites in Rome. The historic 18th building is charming with its grand staircase and soaring ceilings. As other reviews mentioned, there are many steps, including two spiral staircases in the apartment- but we felt this added to the charm and provided amazing views over the city. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as small groceries and bakeries. We recommend Maccheroni for dinner and grab and go pizza from the place directly across from the front door. We highly recommend the apartment!

Outstanding location and excellent service

The location of the property is ideal for exploring Rome, with a main bus stop, taxi stand, dining and shopping nearby. The leasing staff was first rate and responsive. Would recommend.

Nice little apartment in the heart of Rome!

We were very happy with this nice little apartment! 😊 Location was ideal, near most of the main tourist attractions; all of which were within walking distance. Vatican & Colosseum are a short Taxi ride away. Excellent dinning & lunch nearby, everywhere. The check-in was nice & straight-forward having someone meet us upon arrival. The Host offered an Airport Transfer which was super helpful & convenient!! Stefano was our driver, & he was great! He had a sign with our last name on it, that we quickly saw at the Limo pickup area. All the dinning restaurants he recommended were Top Notch, Reasonable, & Delicious! The apartment required 3 keys for use; it was nice they provided 2 sets, one for my Wife & I, and one set for my kids. One key is for using the small Elevator, which is basically a 2 person Elevator. Literally, you can barely fit 2 people tightly. BUT it was still nice to have, being in the 4th floor. The Elevator is a little unreliable, and sketchy, so quite often we ended up taking the stairs. The apartment had all the Amenities needed. :-) The only two suggestions i have for Ownership/Management is, add a little shelf in the Master Shower for Soap & Shampoo, which currently has to be placed on shower floor. The "Bathroom is Beautiful" & Shower appears to be recently remodeled, nicely!! I strongly suggest some "Non-Slip Clear Pads" be added in the Shower Floor & Stairs to the shower. The tile is VERY Slippery when wet, and is Hazardous for someone to fall...

Amazing Location In The Heart of Rome

The two outstanding aspects of this property are its location, and the property manager, Adriano. We had a couple minor problems early in the stay, and he advised us precisely, and fixed a minor plumbing problem expertly. The space was enjoyable and the appliances, modern. Piazza Navona is a few steps away. I walked to Castle St. Angelo over the Tiber in 15 minutes. Great coffee shops everywhere. The clothes dryer was broken. There is no oven for cooking, if that is important to you. The unit does suffer from street noise at night, which isn't terrible, but is noticeable and sometimes annoying. The Wifi worked fine. Overall, a great stay! We loved it. --R. Legge
