The cottage sleeps five people in two bedrooms, a double with en suite bathroom and a family room with double and single beds and en suite shower room, both with balustrade. On the ground floor is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with a wood burning stove. Outside is a private sunny patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue, and shared use of a splendid indoor swimming pool, play area, games room and trampoline and waymarked walks across the farm. A mile from the village, The Hay Barn is a stylish cottage for enjoying a lovely family holiday in Devon.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for three cars. Shared Childrens play area, barbecue, indoor pool. Three well behaved dogs welcome. There is £20 per pet charge for the second and third pet. Note: Swimming pool is 39' x 19' x 3' to 4'6" deep, available from 8am to 8pm; occasionally the pool is also used by owners' family and friends.
