The house has two floors connected by stairs. The first floor includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The second floor includes a spacious living room which offers the most enviable sea view, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and a loft with a double bed. In addition there is a balcony where you can dine and relax while viewing the panoramic sea and the breathtaking sunset.

Fabulous property

Great location with amazing views from all the balconies. Spacious rooms, plenty of bathrooms and super comfy beds! Close to town and all amenities and the bus stop for the bus around the island. Only two downsides was the bedroom upstairs was on a balcony so not much privacy although it worked out ok for us. With amazing views comes lots of steps up from the beach!!!!

Wonderful house in skiathos

We have rent the house for one week and we had a great stay in Skiathos. The house is well equipped with all you need. The views on the bay are wonderful and Kostantinos give us a lot of advice during our stay. I highly recommend the house

Spacious,comfortable home from home.

The house is lovely. Very clean and comfortable. Each bedroom has a balcony with lovely views of the sea and the beds are super comfy.The kitchen area which is open plan to the lounge is fully equipped with all modern conveniences..even opens onto another balcony with built in barbecue..The owners who occupy the lower level couldn't have been more helpful . THe only downside for me personally was the steps down to the road which lead to the town or the beach..I think I counted about 50 steps..great for keeping fit but being a 70 something year old found them rather tiring. But other than this I highly recommend .
