Cottage sits 25 feet from water on a quiet pond. Great sunsets, sandy beach, great swimming, fishing, and kayaking, deck overlooking the water, peaceful. Two bedrooms with double beds and loft area with one double bed. One bathroom with shower. Cable tv, DVD player, fire pit, gas grill and clothesline. Full kitchen (no dishwasher). Across street from school playground and library. Grocery store, pharmacy 5-10 minutes away. Great restaurants and shopping near-by (with in 5 minutes time), close to Canobie Lake Park (25 minutes), Portsmouth (45 minutes), Hampton Beach (40 minutes), and Boston (2 hours), Kittery (1 hour). No boat provided.

Great little cottage

The place is very nice. Cottage is what you would expect. The pond was wonderful. Water was warm for swimming, tubing and floating. Fishing was amazing. I would definitely return if the opportunity presents itself.

A little hideaway

This little gem was a flashback to the 70’s when I used to stay at my Aunt and Uncle’s Camp on Square Pond in Springvale, ME. The inside is comfy/cozy cottage was everything and then some. We loved the lake. It was quiet. We met some local’s on the lake that were super friendly and gave us some tips on where to eat and do laundry! Donna and John, we loved staying at your camp and thank you for allowing us to be there. Paula and Dave

Lovely cottage on the lake

Sweet, peaceful cottage on Phillip's pond. We have 3 kids 10 & under and they spent every spare moment outside, swimming, fishing, floating & skipping rocks. My favorite part of each day was sitting on the deck in the morning, drinking coffee & listening to the birds. Canobie Lake Park is only 20 minutes away, & that was a lot of fun. A real getaway!

Everything I read about this property was expected the views were awesome. Could use some updating beds, but this is a great family retreat/cabin. If we were to go back we would.
