You can leave the sliding doors to the main bedroom open day and night to allow for a constant and comfortable breeze with no pesky mosquitos. The apartment faces directly in the wind and enjoys both sunrise and sunset views.
Breezy Loft is newly renovated with Italian ceramic tiles throughout and Corian countertops in the kitchen. The colorful screened-in terrace on the water is where everyone will want to meet - for coffee in the morning, lunch between dives and a beer or margarita in the evenings. Perfect stay

Like staying in a friend's home, Breezy Bonaire was well-stocked and the owner and property manager were quick to answer questions and make us feel welcome. Location is beautiful and convenient. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful breezy apartment

We enjoyed staying at the Breezy Loft. It was a central location nestled between Lac Bay (for windsurfing) and the main downtown area. Grocery stores and snorkeling only a few minutes away. We enjoyed the scenic view from the loft and the constant breeze was lovely. A great selection of games, puzzles, and books too. Our only disappointment was the pool. It was not very clean inside and around it, so we didn't spend a lot of time there.

Divers’ paradise

This property was super convenient for all diving destinations on the island and was very close to dive shops and supermarkets. It was a pleasant evening walk to downtown

Breezy apartment.

Great location. Great bird watching. Loved the screened balcony. Property is somewhat older than appeared in the photos. Not all sliding doors opened. Second balcony could have used some seating.

Beautiful place!

Great place, great location, but the pool was disappointing. However, I highly recommend this condo.

Marji lives part year on Bonaire and part year in Madison Wisconsin, USA. She spent almost 9 years living full time on the island, raising three kids there. She has also lived in New York City and Italy. Marji owns a total of three rental units in Bonaire, all at Caribbean Court. She speaks fluent Italian, pretty good but rusty French and some Papiamento, Dutch and Spanish.

Why they chose this property

Location, Location, Location. Marji bought these properties after having lived in New York, Milan and Rome. She was used to living in apartments, walking to get places and enjoying the company of a neighbor or two. Caribbean Court couldn't be further away from those big cities - but owning a gorgeous apartment in walking distance to shops and restaurants made the transition from big city to small Caribbean Island just a little easier.

What makes this property unique

The open cathedral ceilings as you walk in the property give you an immediate sense of peace. The location is quiet! No street noise with the canal on one side and just our small parking lot and swimming pool on the other. The top floor location of this property makes it very safe. The screened in terrace really seals the deal. Combined with the fact that the apartment faces right into the trade winds this makes for incredible breezes, very few mosquitos and an overall feeling of light and comfort. Top quality materials, appliances, linens, towels, along with top quality service and reasonable rates make this apartment the perfect choice. Extras like a washing machine for your clothes, designer linens and some unique artwork are unlikely to be found at other similarly priced rentals. The central location on the island means you have easy walking or driving access to everything the island offers, including beaches, dive sites, windsurfing, kite surfing, restaurants and shops. OK - so we're biased - but we highly recommend it!
