About this property

The house will be entirely for your exclusive use and is on one floor where we find a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a microwave oven, a double bedroom with a large wardrobe with mirror, bedside tables, chest of drawers and TV; a second bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside tables, TV and sofa; a large bathroom with floor shower and a reading area. In a separate area we also find the laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board with space to be used as a storage room for bikes or sports equipment. Outside there is a courtyard where you can eat outside or enjoy moments of relaxation and a covered area that you can use as a parking space for your car.
The whole house is equipped with mosquito nets and ventilation.

Alles da, was man braucht.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und sehr nette Gastgeberin. Die Fenster waren alle mit Fliegengitter versehen, das Auto hat locker in den Hof gepasst, bis zum See sind es ca.5 Min. Fußmarsch, bis zum Supermarkt sind es ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß. Gerne kommen wir hier wieder her.

Einfach super

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in Italien. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und kommunikativ, immer erreichbar und spricht ein sehr gutes Englisch. Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung und der Umgebung sehr wohlgefühlt und können das so unbedingt weiterempfehlen.
