This newly renovated 1 bedroom condo accommodates 4 guests comfortably. Great for families due to the proximity of the beach (across the street) and Siesta Key Village where you'll find shopping, great restaurants, and the best entertainment on the island. Close by our guests can rent wave runners, paddleboards, and parasailing. Deep sea fishing and Sightseeing boat tours are 15 minutes away just off the island in Sarasota.
PLEASE NOTE MINIMUM STAY IS SEVEN (7) NIGHTS.

Great location close to beach

This property had many pluses. The condo was clean, bed was very comfortable and condo was located conveniently across from the beach. The city trolley was great instead of having to drive downtown. I would highly recommend this properly.

Beautiful place. Beautiful location.

A great choice for a beach condo. Only crossing the street to hit the gorgeous white sand. The weather was unusually cold for us so we spent the time looking for shells, walking the beach and relaxing but with nice weather, this place would be a wonderful place to have a beach vacation.
