Casa de Paz (House of Peace) is a stylish vacation rental home located in the premier gated community of Destiny East and offers 4 complimentary bikes with helmets, as well as a recently updated private pool (that can be heated for an additional fee)! This Caribbean style home has a jaw-dropping open floor plan that creates the perfect space for a relaxing beach vacation. This home is truly stunning. The gourmet kitchen includes top-of-the-line, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. The living area is elegantly decorated with brand new furniture and very welcoming. This home comes with complimentary WiFi, so you can upload all of the pictures from your amazing beach vacation!

The master bedroom offers a luxurious king size bed and an adjoined master bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower for two and a large soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom has two bunk beds that will sleep four. The second and third bedrooms share a full bath. The upstairs fourth bedroom or "Nanny Suite" has a separate entrance and includes a queen-sized bed, kitchenette, dining area, and full bath. Please note this vacation rental home can accommodate up to 3 mid-size vehicles. This lovely home in Destiny East is perfect for your next family vacation!

Destiny East is an exclusive gated community that offers several amenities including a clubhouse, 2 neighborhood pools, hot tub, fitness center, movie theater, tennis, basketball courts, BBQ area with outdoor kitchen, walking trails, & playground! The neighborhood is located on pedestrian and golf cart friendly Scenic 98. So you can walk down to the beach to catch a sunset or take a relaxing bike ride. We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted price so if you're interested please let us know!

Great property shell, needs updates

The property layout is great and the space was great for our family. However, for the price we paid, we would have been better off staying in a waterfront place instead. The appliances are older and should be updated… the whirlpool doesn’t have knobs, so it is unusable, the refrigerator has an ice maker, but the lever to get the ice dispensed is broken, the washer wasn’t in operating condition and the dryer had a constant clicking noise. They were very nice about offering to do our laundry, which was great! There were a lot of high pitched noises, but we couldn’t figure out where they were coming from. The beach is about a 10 minute walk on nice walkways. I wish we would have known that there was a sign-up sheet to reserve the tennis/pickleball courts, so we couldn’t really enjoy them. It doesn’t seem to be properly maintained, but rather relying on tenants to report issues. Overall it’s a nice property, but needs updates in order to warrant the price tag.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an issue with our rental house. Glass Casa rental was more than helpful and made sure our family had everything we needed. Justin from Glass Casa was very help in the process. Nice to see such good customer service in a world where we see very little anymore. Great job Glass Casa and staff!!!!

Needs work

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The gated community and location of Casa de Paz are fantastic and the community amenities are great. However, this home needs a lot of TLC for the few thousand dollars they charge you'd expect the home to be in better condition overall. It hasn't been cleaned well and there were a lot of broken or unmaintained parts in the home.
