Located in a quaint Pettaquamscutt neighborhood, this house boasts hardwoods/tile floors, central air on the main floor, washer/dryer, flat-screen TVs, deck with furniture, gas grill in the private yard!

Also close to Gilbert Stuart Birthplace, historic Jamestown, South County Balloon Festival, Newport attractions. Close to Christofaro Park - a huge park with 6 tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball fields, skateboard ramps, hiking trails and more. A lovely spot for outdoor activities!

Good place to stay, once we got here, unfortunately two days later than planned, due to the storm.

Great location

The house and location were great. We did have an issue at check in as the owners had the dates wrong and were still there. The trash bins outside were full upon arrival and never emptied which made enjoying then deck and yard difficult due to the smell of the garbage. We tried calling And texting the property management and they never responded.

We had a great time ... great location, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and points of interest. The neighborhood is quiet providing a restful and relaxing atmosphere.
