4. Supplied with dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, foil, coffee pods/filters, etc. for the week, not just a few days.
5. All the Mattresses & Pillow Cases have Hypoallergenic anti-bedbug zippered covers AND a four Stage Water filtration for water/ice AND Ball shaped Ice for Old Fashions ;-)
6. Constantly swapping out anything slightly worn/used with new ones (Appliances, Linens, Towels, Pans, Pots, Toys, Furniture, etc)
7. Huge TV's in every room as well as in the Garage/Gameroom with Rokus on each one.

10. Backyard is a beautiful white private sandy beach (Sound side). Very shallow and calm waters so perfect for family with kids. You can go out 50'-60' and its still only waist high. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK OF COURSE.

Lastly, we rent the unit directly to you, ensuring you get the best attention compared to a management company who have too many units/renters to deal with.

The pictures tell all, but here are the details and features of this 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Waterfront Home:

1st Floor (outside): Covered patio with bar height table and 2 rope swing chairs, 6 Adirondack chairs, 4 lounge chairs, hammock, mister and outdoor shower with HOT water

1st Floor (garage): Garage is full of our personal Beach Toys which you are welcome to use BUT you MUST rinse everything off before putting away...leave garage in same condition you found it. 1 Fishing Kayak, 2 Fun Kayaks, 1-2 paddleboard, paddles, 3 bikes, 3 fishing poles, beach toys for kids, Darts, Bocce Ball, Ping Pong Table, Corn Hole, various games/toys and 75” TV!

2nd Floor (inside) : Large Fully Stocked Kitchen with All New SS Appliances, Dining Table which seats 6 (plus 2 more at kitchen bar), Leather Dual Reclining Sectional which seats 7 comfortably and a HUGE 75” Flat Screen TV with Playstation 4 (2 controllers/games). This floor also has the Washer/Dryer as well as 1 Bedroom and 1 Bath with Double Bed.

2nd Floor (outside): The expanded deck has a custom bar height table with 6 chairs, and a 2-person Swing...perfect place to watch the sunset every evening over the water. There is also a Green Egg for BBQing or Smoking (bring your own Charcoal and please clean it out after used).

3rd Floor: Right above the Living/Dining area is the Master Suite (King Bed) which has its own private a balcony (2 chairs) and a great view of the water and sunset as well as Huge Flat Screen TV. The Master Bath has ample counter space with vanity area as well as a walk in shower with 2 Shower Heads and Jets...like a spa! The 3rd Bedroom is also on this floor with a Queen Bed, Twin Bed and private bath.

This home sleeps 7 in beds and the sectional with recliners is very comfortable if there is a snorer in the family...haha.

Some additional features: Whole House Wifi/Internet (fastest offered), High Definition TVs w/Roku, Bluetooth Speakers, Sony Playstation 4 (Blu-Ray Player) and PlayStation 3 with controllers/games and Printer for those who bring their work with them, like me.

So much to do at the house!

We had an amazing week staying at Semi-retired beach house! The kids and teens didn’t even want to go to the gulf side to swim because they loved the private beach in the backyard. And when we did go to the gulf side it was an easy walk to get there. The new private fishing pier in the back was their favorite place to hang out. It rained one day while we were there but they still had plenty to do in the garage (ping pong, darts, etc). The house was beautiful. We do a beach vacation every year and this was my favorite house that we’ve stayed at. Everything you could possibly need to relax or play is included.

Perfection

This is the 3rd time we have been back to stay here, it is perfect! Mark and Sissy are wonderful and continue to make this the best place to stay in the area! We will absolutely stay here again.

Perfect family vacation

This home was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Having all the amenities was a big bonus. The layout was great for our family of 6. The only thing I wish this house had was a bathroom (sink and toilet)on the bottom level. We loved the private dock out back. It was a great place to fish and watch the sunset and dolphins play. I highly recommend this home to anyone.

Piece of Paradise

The property exceeded my expectations-absolutely beautiful inside and out. The view from the living room/kitchen and bedroom is stunning. Owners were always quick to respond. Once we arrived we didn’t want to leave-and why would you want to? Place has everything to enjoy the home inside and out. We took advantage of the kayaks and ping pong table in the garage. Kids loved the boogie boards and beach toys. Traveled with my husband and four young kids. The baby gates were helpful to keep my toddler off the stairs. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to visit again!

Magical

Our vacation was amazing. We stayed 5 nights and only didn’t see dolphins one day. A few times they popped up where we had just been swimming. Sound side was more beautiful than i imagined. It was really nice for our young kids. One day even though the flags were yellow the water was even too rough for us adults so we went back to the sound. Kayaks and paddle board were soo much fun. We didn’t even have time to try everything they have available to use in the garage. Our kids went fishing for the first time here and our fished us all. Wonderful home and wonderful hosts. They helped us with everything we needed and even moved some hurdles for us. We will be back!

My wife and I have been vacationing in Navarre for 25 years and decided to buy this future retirement home in 2011, to use/rent until we finally retire. Until then, we have been renovating every aspect of the property/home...especially in the last 2 years (Fishing Pier, Elevator, Exterior Makeover and Pavers in Driveway). We are glad we can share our 2nd home with others so they can make family memories here, like the ones I have when my parents brought us to Navarre every summer.

Why they chose this property

We liked the fact that we could just walk out back and enjoy the sandy beach, fishing, etc w/o going anywhere as well as the great views from the back porch. So relaxing!

I think most families that have experienced these features/perks have really appreciated and enjoyed them...why we have so many repeat guests year after year.
