In Villefranche / Mer ideally located in the heart of the Old Town with a beautiful panoramic sea view, ON VILLEFRANCHE BAY by Riviera Holiday Homes is a beautiful apartment with a surface area of 140 square meters that can accommodate 6 people.
It is located on the 2nd floor WITHOUT elevator. Amenities, shops, restaurants and public transport are 200 meters from the apartment.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms all with two single beds that can be combined into a double bed. There are 2 bathrooms, one with bath + shower and 1 toilet, the other with shower and a toilet and another independent toilet. A large living / dining room and an independent fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room. Lingerie with washing machine and dryer.

Many activities are offered to you by the tourist office, such as commented coastal walks and walks 40 km from the coast "in search of marine mammals in the Mediterranean". Sea trip with commentary by a graduate scientist. Sea trips from June to September etc.

Wonderful location and amazing views

You really can't get much better as far as location and views. This property has 4 adorable window benches with large windows which is perfect considering the water view. We loved watching the diners downstairs at night and watching the one-man band that came around and played for them. The master bedroom blankets and pillows left a little to be desired, but wasn't horrible. We couldn't get the TV to work even with the directions, but it ended up being just fine because we really didn't need the TV all week anyway. Our water was shut off for a full day and it took quite a bit of emailing and calling to get in touch with mgmt. Once the property management got in touch with us, it only took about an hour and a half for the plumber to fix everything. That was really the only frustrating part of our visit. All in all I'd recommend this property and would stay there again. It is decorated very cute and has lots of space!

Incomparable Villefranche Sur Mer location

A highly enjoyable vacation with our family at this expansive property. Almost too big! But we loved the enormous laundry room, multiple bathrooms and space to stretch out. That being said, the property feels a little shabby and worn down. The sofas in the living room have seen better days and the shower in the master bath had next to no water pressure (and a missing shower head?). Some of the grout was a bit icky too. The lack of towels was also a bit of a bummer but again, you’re in a gorgeous location with your loved ones so it’s not much to worry about. Best advice: bring your own beach towels and shower in the guest shower.

Appartement très agréable

Superbe vu sur rade et le port de pêche au bord de la vieille ville. Accès direct sur les commerces, bars et restaurants . Calme en hors saison. Sur le bruit je mettrais une réserve en haut saison quand on recherche un peu de calme. Je le recommande.
