Spring Break 2024

The only issue we had the entire week was at check-in. Derrick, the property manager, was great about responding and got us fixed up. We had not received an email with instructioms for key pick-up and then our keys were not in the box when we got that worked out. Other than that, it was smooth sailing. Beach views were awesome, accommodations were good (bunk beds a little wobbly, but they worked), and surrounding attractions were fun. Will definitely be back to St. Augustine!

Great condo, location and beach. Excellent response from Manager

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We're back at Anastasia condos after four years. Condo 308 was well equipped and nicely appointed. This is an excellent location for touring down the coast or heading into St. Augustine which is a great visit. The beautiful beach is a one minute walk right out the front door. We had a couple of minor issues that were standard maintenance stuff which our manager Derrick handled immediately. Their offie is right down the street. We've booked for next year.

Nice Place- Rental Agency Non-Responsive to Issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space is beautiful. We like to travel to the beach off-season, so seeing some renovations around a community is not uncommon this time of year (there was a lot of work being done). The beach access and location were great, the condo itself was quite lovely and perfect for our needs. Only one issue, we booked the property, in large part, for the heated pool. Because of some work done to the surface of the pool, we were told it wasn't going to be turned on for a few more weeks. This was inconvenient as we may have booked the place we stayed last year had we known. We regrouped, played cards, went to an escape room (we have kids who were looking forward to swimming... yes, even in December.) I tried to connect with our representative at St. Augustine Vacation Rentals- he was out of the office until after the holiday. I reached out again after that date... nothing. Not a peep. We DID have an enjoyable stay and visit with family, however, I am not too keen on being outright ignored when I had a valid issue regarding what was an expected amenity (heated pool.) Review would have been higher if I had received any kind of response. Recommend the property should be a "maybe" but I put Yes. It had far more positives than negatives.

Fabulous!

We had a fabulous week! The condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. The view from the condo was spectacular and the beach access was so convenient. We also loved the pool! We would definitely recommend this unit and would stay here again.
