Your vacation home in Rome is a charming and romantic penthouse with elegant parquet floors. It sits on the top floor of an early 20th century building. The building offers a lift, however there is also a flight of stairs leading to the 3rd floor
This refined loft is flooded with natural light that comes in through large windows in the living room. The well-kept terrace, full of plants, invites you to sit down and relax. Why not enjoy a glass of wine here after a long day of walking around the city?
Inside this charming apartment, you initially find the central living room, which is composed of two sofas front of the wide window that lead to the terrace and a dining wooden table where you can sit all together if the weather does not permit “al fresco” dining. On the right corner of the living room is one more cozy white sofa (if needed sleeping up to 2 extra people). Right next to this, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, where you will be able to test out all the Italian recipes you have learnt from the Roman inhabitants. Oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher… everything that you could possibly need in a kitchen. In this area, you will also find a small laundry room with a washing machine.
The first bedroom has a king size bed. decorated with an ancien carpet on the wall. Next to it, you have a large bathroom with its typical Italian tiling features a bathtub, with a shower handset.
the second bedroom next to the living area It is not a large bedroom but it is most certainly cozy. It can be a reading and relaxation area with a sofa that can be opened up to make a double bed. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Up 13 steps, there is the attic bedroom, which once was a turret. It offers 2 twin beds . From here, you can also enjoy special views of the city. Also this bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower
Guests have at their disposal many amenities, such as air conditioning, central heating, and Wi-Fi Internet. Unfortunately pets are not allowed in this apartment.
In the Prati district, you will find many great lunch places. Just a few streets away you will find great quality food that even Romans love! This can range from pastas and pizzas, to salads, paninis and international foods and also two 1 Michelen star restaurants walking distance from the house.

On the streets leading to piazza Mazzini there is plenty of shops, supermarket, bank, taxi and post office.
