It offers one double bedroom and a shower room, the property can sleep up to two people. Inside it also has a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with an optional sofa bed. To the outside it offers plenty of off road parking and a rear garden with a lawn and a patio with furniture. Emily's Retreat at the Great Barn is a homely getaway placed well for exploring Norfolk's countryside, coastline and wonderful towns.

Note: This property has grab rails, rise and recline chairs for those with limited mobility, a shower stool or chair can be provided on request. Note: This property is not wheelchair accessible. Note: Parking for this property is in front of the main barn. Town: Litcham, a Norfolk village, hasa pub, a butcher, a Post Office/shop, and a fish and chip shop. It has a 12th century church and the area offers a number of events. Litcham Common, a Local Nature Reserve, attracts nature lovers, bird-watchers and walkers. East Dereham, Swaffham and Fakenham are around 10 miles away, providing access to a shops, pubs and restaurants.
