About this property

Relax at the complex pool then enjoy your favorite beverage from the villa's balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the 18th hole of the Ocean Point golf course.
With an open floor plan enjoy the view from the kitchen, dinning and living rooms as well as the master bedroom.
Fripp is a wildlife sanctuary so you are sure to see deer, raccoons, alligators, osprey, herons, dolphins etc.

Amenity cards are available with this unit so you can use all the Fripp Co. amenities like the golf courses, tennis and pickle ball courts, pools, restaurants and rental equipment.
The resort requires us to add a 12.8% cost plus the cost of the amenity cards to the base rental cost. If you need to know this cost you need to give me the number of cards need and the number of nights you are staying so I can bid this to you.
Completely furnished with few exceptions and supplied with everything you need for a great beach vacation. Just bring food, clothes and your beach toys.
Historic Beaufort is 20 mile away with all the interesting places to visit associated with an antebellum community. Savannah, Charleston and Hilton Head are all within a 1 ½ hour drive and are wonderful cities to visit and explore.

Enjoyable stay at Fripp

We stayed at the North Hampton villa this year and were pleased with our stay. The villa was very well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed the updated kitchen and spacious bedrooms. The view from our living room was amazing. We ate in the room mostly but found Johnson Creek Tavern, Fish Camp in Beaufort and Beedos to be delicious. We used the Ocean Pointe Pool the most but enjoyed the Cabana and Beach Club pools as well. Renting a golf cart made getting around the island easier. We hope to be back next year to visit Fripp!

A Wonderful Home Away From Home!

Absolutely lovely condo, could live there permanently! Quiet location with serene view of ocean and golf course’s 18th hole, as well as easy access to pools and Ocean Pointe Grille restaurant. Everything one would need was provided for including books and games. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Property Manager Bill G. Is a gracious host who made our arrival and stay one to remember. Would definitely rent again in the future!

Everything you need!

This is probably one of the best condos we’ve stayed in. It had everything you could need or want for the week. The owner was wonderful and helpful. The condo was clean and comfortable. Our son had a ball watching the boats on the water and the golfers on the 18th green. We saw dolphins almost every night. We also loved having a pool in our backyard. The water in the showers was a little tricky, I suggest getting the water temp to your liking and then getting in.
