THINGS TO KNOW: This home rents from Saturday to Saturday. No pets and no smoking. Linens are not provided. However, we do offer a rental package for guests. Every bed comes with blankets, pillows, and mattress pads.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place and great location.

We had a great time at this place. Comfortable spaces and beds, out back was close access to two playgrounds, and the turtle bridge. Close to everything in Rehoboth. We had some issues with the stove and grill not working which hindered cooking during our stay. They were in the process of fixing them but we were not able to use them. If those were working it’s and easy 5 stars.

quite neighborhood

the house was great ,therfore there is some maintance work that needs to be done. toilets not flushing properly - back door open hard - kitchen cabinets not orginized -

We’ve stayed twice at this property and really like the house and location. The 2 parking passes are helpful. I wish the driveway was a little wider though.
