Laurel Vlieg purchased this House in 2016
Why Laurel Vlieg chose Naramata
We fell in love with this area of the Okanagan Valley the first time we saw it with its lake views, rolling hills, deep gullies and rows of vines and fruit trees. In every season there is something to offer in the area and the natural beauty is everywhere.
What makes this House unique
This home has a very large vaulted living room and the air conditioning make it a restful retreat from the heat of the summer sun. If you choose to sit outside there are two decks to choose from - the south facing backyard which is fully fenced OR the front verandah that has mountain and peek-a-boo views of the lake and the Kettle Valley trails.

This property was very well appointed and extremely clean. The host was welcoming and replied to all our requests, both by e mail prior to our arrival as well as during our stay. I sure did enjoy my coffee on the deck every morning.
Thank you very much for making our stay very enjoyable.
Lovely and relaxing stay at this quiet yet very convenient Naramata gem. Cozy, well thought out home within walking distance to three excellent wineries. Very warm and friendly hosts who are very helpful making great recommendations. We stayed five nights for a ladies weekend and were very comfortable and relaxed in this home. Wonderful tub for soaking in the master bedroom too!
Beautiful home, great location, and a fantastic view.
A wonderful stay
Laurel and Gary have a lovely home . The space is open and bright with Laurel's artwork perfectly hung around the house. We had family dinners made in the kitchen and used some of Laurel's delicious home grown produce from the garden. A perfect location close to wineries, Naramata village and even walking distance from the friendly pub. We will definitely return again another time.
The house is in the center of the wine country, it is warm, inviting, art, very nicely "kitted out", very clean, tidy, accommodating ... there was some fresh fruit and eggs waiting for us, comfortable places to sit, look out over the region, eat, cook in if we choose (and we did). The instructions for the house were well thought out, written clearly, we felt like we were welcome. We stayed a week and enjoyed it. Oh yes, and we very much appreciate that we could bring our dog Maude with us on the trip. The house worked perfectly for her too. After all she is part of the family. Thank you
Thanks so much! It was a pleasure to host you and hope you can come again sometime. We appreciate how clean the place was after your stay.
A perfect location
We so enjoyed our stay in Laurel and Gary's lovely home in the heart of Naramata. From there we enjoyed mountain biking the Three blind mice and kettle valley rail trail systems. We were minutes from the beach for a swim. Not to mention the many many wonderful wineries all around us! The house was comfortable despite the extreme heat with central A/C for those few weeks it is so appreciated. We enjoyed the sunset and dinners on both the front and back decks. Overall a wonderful stay....thank you!
