the country villa in question consists of 2 totally independent apartments.

The apartments are located in a country villa surrounded by woods, rivers and natural water sources. This natural environment is also close to the sea and therefore is a perfect place for a holiday with a double context: countryside / natural landscapes + beach / sea!
In about 15 km you can reach several seaside cities such as Savona, Albisola, Varazze, Vado Ligure, and their respective beaches.

Furthermore, thanks to its strategic position, it is easy to visit important Italian cities such as Turin, Milan, Genoa and Pisa.

on the first floor there are a double bedroom, a large, finely furnished and newly renovated kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower with chromotherapy, hydromassage and multi-colored nebulizing spy jets and a comfortable lounge with satellite TV, double sofa bed in front of the characteristic fireplace.
Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 additional single beds.

The sunny garden, facing south and completely fenced, is the perfect place for aperitifs in the open air and sunbathing. In addition, you will fall in love with the outdoor area with barbecue and pizza oven typical of wood for the exclusive use of your apartment. (each apartment has its own private outdoor area)

The hammock in the garden is ideal for moments of relaxation and for the health and harmony of your mind.

The garden is totally safe, also ideal for children.

From the property it is possible to reach a small natural beach on the river side, near the house.

The country villa is located near a restaurant, a bus stop and several paths through the woods.

Goed verblijf

Huis op een rustige locatie welke rondom afgesloten was. Veel met de auto weggeweest omdat winkels en strandjes anders te ver weg zijn. Ons verblijf werd netjes en schoon overgedragen door de eigenaren. Geen overbodige luxe en sommig meubilair is aanvervanging toe maar verder alles netjes. Door de droogte hadden we regelmatig problemen met het water. De eerste week geen warm water en na deze week geen waterdruk maar met behulp en het goede contact met de eigenaren werd alles prima opgelost. We hebben een goede vakantie mogen ervaren en zijn ontspannen weer naar huis gegaan.

Soggiorno in tranquillità

Casale immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità, ampi spazi esterni e interni adatto a famiglie numerose, unica pecca un po' la pulizia. Per il resto relax totale e silenzio assoluto. Per chi ha bambini in giardino è presente un parco giochi con altalene saltarello ecc. La casa è stata apprezzata anche dal nostro cane che ha potuto correre in un giardino immenso.

Großer Garten in spannender Umgebung

Naturfreunde fühlen sich hier wohl. Im großen Garten kann man kreativ sein und der Fluß bietet Abkühlung. Das nächste Dorf (Massole?) ist für den kleinen Einkauf perfekt. Ein tolles Ferienhaus für große Familien. Vielen Dank. Preis Leistung Verhältnis passt.

Wunderschöne ruhige Lage

Einfaches Ferienhaus ohne viel Schnick Schnack und Luxus dafür traumhaft gelegen mit riesigem eingezäunten Garten und viel Platz für Kinder. Ca. 20 min Autofahrt bis Savona und möglichen Supermärkten. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Absolute Alleinlage

Schönes altes Haus in Alleinlage. Das letzte Stück Straße ist unbefestigt und abenteuerlich. Man ist aufs Auto angewiesen. Dafür hat man einen riesigen Garten - super für Kinder. Der kleine Fluss bietet Erfrischung und gehört einem allein. Der Pizzaofen ist genial. Vermieter sind sehr nett und kümmern sich. Inventar - insbesondere die Betten - ist in die Jahre gekommen. Wer mehr Wert auf Ruhe und Natur legt statt auf Luxus, ist hier richtig.
