Guter Urlaub

Der Gesamteindruck ist gut. Der Kontakt zu Herrn Wieland vom DanCenter war ausgezeichnet. Er hat sich viel Mühe gegeben. Vielleicht denkt der Vermieter über Folgendes nach: Neue Matratzen wäre schön. Sind teilweise sehr durchgelegen. Neue Töpfe wären nicht schlecht. Eine Waschmaschine würde die Sache abrunden. Der größte Mangel war der sehr unangenehme Geruch in der Kammer wo die Tiefkühltruhe steht.

Das Haus hatte eine sehr schöne Lage, in einer recht ruhigen Anlage mit etlichen Ferienhäusern. Toll war die Lage am Strand, nur durch einen Kiesweg getrennt, so dass die Kinder ständig schwimmen konnten und wir auf der Holzterasse einen schönen Meerblick hatten. Am Strand gab es auch eine Bank direkt vor dem Haus. / Das Haus ist okay eingerichtet, die (Boxspring-) Betten waren nicht zu hart, die Küche war praktisch und besonders schön fanden wir die Terasse vorne, die Sitzgruppe seitlich und die Sitzgruppe mit Grill hinter dem Haus. Im TV haben wir genau 4 deutsche Sender gefunden, aber es ist ja Urlaub. Das Internet war gut. / Nicht so schön war die mittelmäßig bis schlechte Sauberkeit. Alles war durch die Feuchttigkeit etwas speckig und man hat jeden Teller und jedes Glas vor der Nutzung nochmal abgewaschen (wir stellen uns eigentlich nicht so an). In einem Geschirrschrank waren oben kleine Schimmelreste und auch unter Betten/Sofa war eine ziemliche Staubschicht und Wollmäuse. Das kennen wir so nicht, schade - denn günstig war das Haus nicht. Nach den ersten zwei Tagen wollten wir uns erst beschweren, da es aus dem "Raum hinter der Küche" stark stank (Geruch nach Schimmel oder ähnlichem). Hier half zum Glück das Dauerlüften mit dem kleinen Fenster im Raum, aber betreten wollten wir den Raum nicht mehr. / / All in all ein schönes Haus, mit besserer Sauberkeit und ohne den Geruch aus dem Nebenraum würden wir das Haus natürlich weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren zweimal im Büro von DanCenter um uns zu beschweren. Als wir ankamen war viel dreckiges Geschirr in den Schränken. Das Licht über dem Tisch ging nicht, was nicht an der Birne oder Sicherung lag. Beim Geschirrspüler fehlten die Knöpfe, so dass die Fingernägel meiner Frau sehr leiden mussten. Im Bad war nicht einmal ein Kosmetikeimer. Man merkt, dass das Haus nie von den Besitzern genutzt wird. Und das Schlimmste war, dass der Toilettensitz immer wieder abging. Das wurde auch nach der zweiten Beschwerde nicht abgestellt. Ich habe in meinem Urlaub immer wieder den Toilettensitz reparieren müssen. Positiv ist hier die fantastische Lage und die Aussicht zu bewerten.
