High-altitude holiday home with a nice view of the area and a view of the sea at Lyngsbæk Strand. The house is furnished with all comforts. In the living room there is the opportunity to sit in several departments and enjoy games. The garden is hilly but there is a part of it that is suitable for ball games. On the terrace you can really have fun and have a full overview of the area and enjoy the company of each other. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Das Einkaufen in Dänemark gestaltet sich etwas schwierig. Es gibt zwar Aldi und Co aber wesentlich teurer als in Deutschland. Ich kann auch nicht bestätigen das das Sortiment das gleiche wie bei uns ist. Fleisch, Hähnchen usw. sind sehr teuer. Empfehlen kann ich Fotex Warenhaus, dort bekommt man wirklich alles, auch in Großpackungen. Und günstiger als bei Aldi Dänemark. Man hat dort eine riesige Auswahl, nettes Personal das den Urlaubern wirklich behilflich bei der Suche ist. Die meisten sprechen Deutsch, oder rufen jemanden der Deutsch kann. Im übrigen, alle Dänen beherrschen die Englische Sprache, sind äußerst Freundlich, bedanken sich für alles und jedes, dies sollte man auch beherzigen. Im Dan Center bekommt man wirklich jede erdenkliche Auskunft. Man sollte dieses Angebot auch wahrnehmen wenn man nicht mehr weiter kommt. / Für uns war die Frage: Müll !!! Es gibt in Dänemark nur Recycling für Karton, nicht aber für Plastik. Alles außer Karton kommt in die Mülltonne, leider. Karton Sammelstellen erfragt man im Dan Center.

Das Haus liegt Strand nah (5 min.), aber dennoch abgelegen von anderen Häusern. Wer also mit seiner Familie oder für sich selbst Ruhe haben möchte, dem kann ich dieses Haus sehr empfehlen. Lediglich ein Haus daneben, das aber bei unserem 14 tägigen Aufenthalt leer stand. Mit Hund: das Haus ist nicht eingezäunt. Sollte der Hund aufs Wort hören, kann er sich frei bewegen.Ansonsten lange Schleppleine, denn Hunde gibt es dort sehr viele. Das Haus ist sehr ordentlich eingerichtet, sauber und gemütlich. Das Grundstück ist schon sehr groß für ein Ferien Haus. Spielplatz, sowie Sandkasten mit Sand-Spielzeug für die Kleinen ist auch vorhanden.Was ich wirklich toll fand, das Haus ist Komplett eingerichtet.Man braucht kein extra Geschirr wie in der Beschreibung mit bringen. Es ist alles vorhanden. Der Besitzer stellt alles zur Verfügung, das zubuchen eines Kinderstuhls oder Baby Bett ist nicht erforderlich.Baby Reise Bett steht im Schrank verstaut, Hochstuhl steht im Wohnzimmer bereit. In der Küche findet man alles was man zum Kochen braucht bis hin zum kleinsten Detail. Küchentücher, Knoblauch Presse usw. alles da. In diesem Haus hat der Besitzer mitgedacht. Im Wohn und Kinderzimmer findet man diverse Spiele für Kinder und Erwachsene, wenn auch in Dänisch. Aber bekannte Spiele die man auch in Deutschland spielt. Das Haus bietet Platz für 6 Personen. Wobei 2 davon im Wohnzimmer in einer Nische mit Vorhang Platz finden. 1 Kinderzimmer mit Hochbett ( ohne Absturzsicherung, einziges Negativ das ich finden konnte) 1 Eltern-Schlafzimmer mit Bett 140 x 200. Terrasse: sehr viele Möbelstücke, vom Stuhl bis hin zu diversen Liegen. Neue wie ältere Garten Möbel. Auflagen findet man gut verstaut im Schuppen. Wie schon erwähnt der Besitzer hat an alles gedacht.Auf dem Wäscheständer sowie im offenen Schuppen kann man seine Wäsche mit den dort Vorhandenen Wäscheklammern aufhängen. Wir hatten viel zu viel Gepäck, durch die vom Dan Center angegebene Packliste. Aber das ist sicherlich nicht in jedem Haus Standard, das wirklich alles da ist. Putz Zeug ist auch vorhanden. Wenn man das Haus wie zu Hause tägl. sauber hält ist auch das Abschluss- putzen nicht wirklich schwierig. Für Großfamilien die hier etwas einsparen wollen, kein Problem. Die Anforderungen sind nicht sehr hoch gesteckt. Mein Mann meine Töchter 15,14 und 11 und ich haben das in 2 Stunden geschafft. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Wir kommen wieder!
