Bright cottage located in the cottage area Kærgården on a closed natural plot with good shelter conditions. The house appears as a well-appointed cottage with a bright living room with good furnishings. There is a wood burning stove to create coziness and warmth on a cool summer evening or when the autumn storm shakes outside. Fast internet connection via fiber network. There is an open and well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs, extractor hood, microwave, fridge / freezer and practical dishwasher. The bathroom has comfortable underfloor heating. There are two terraces by the house, so it is always possible to find shelter. You can possibly enjoy dinner cooked on the house grill while the sun sets over the North Sea. The area is very child-friendly, where the little ones can frolic safely during the holidays. There is a common playground with i.a. mini golf and play equipment. The distance to the Limfjord is only approx. 300 meters, where there is a bathing jetty and a quiet Limfjord coast. You will find the rushing North Sea at the small fishing village of Agger approx. 7 km from the house. Take an excursion to Holstebro or Thisted, where you will find all kinds of shops and shopping opportunities. Within half an hour's drive you can visit the fishing village Vorupør, which in addition to a varied range of shops and cafes can also offer Denmark's first North Sea bath, which opened in 2014. Even the smallest guests can enjoy the fresh waves of the North Sea in safe and secure surroundings. Within half an hour's drive you will find Jesperhus Flower Park with its many thousands of flowers. Take a trip to nearby Thyborøn via the cozy, small ferry between Agger and Thyborøn. The crossing only takes approx. 10 minutes. In Thyborøn you can visit the exciting Coastal Center and & # 8221; Sneglehuset & # 8221 ;, which is always worth a visit.
