Well-equipped holiday cottage on a closed plot located approx. 100 m from a good beach. From both the house and the large natural plot you have panoramic views of the Limfjord. The house has comfortable furnishings throughout. Flat-screen TV with international channels, DVD player and stereo with CD player. Wood-burning stove for a chilly summer evening or a winter night. Access to the terrace from the living room where you can cook dinner and enjoy the sunset over the fjord. Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven and fridge-freezer. The bathroom has underfloor heating and washing machine. There is an extra TV with X-Box, VCR and a lot of movies. There are high chair, cot, bath tub and toys for the children. Outside you will find sandpit, swings and slide for the children. The garden is fenced. (1E) is in the hallway. The plot is fenced so the dog can run freely.
