We have a cozy cottage surrounded by a garden with citrus and centuries-old olive grove.
The house is in a quiet position, is located in Monastir, just 15 minutes from Cagliari and its beautiful beaches and attractions.
Ideal for enjoying a holiday in complete relaxation and total independence, being able to choose to change your itinerary and holiday every day by choosing between sea, nature and tradition, to return every evening to a comfortable home perfect for the family.

If you love culture and tradition, you cannot miss Cagliari, which on 1st May comes alive with colors and folklore with the famous Sagra di Sant'efisio.

Sehr zu empfehlende Ferienwohnung

Wir haben wunderschöne zwei Wochen in der Ferienwohnung welches eher ein Haus ist verbracht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Es hat eine ordentliche und freundliche Hausführung stattgefunden. Es handelt sich um ein alleinstehendes Haus welches zwischen verschiedenen Bäume, wie Oliven-, Feigen Orangen und weiteren Früchte tragenden Pflanzen. Das Haus liegt eswas abgelegen es ist aber alles mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Gut gefallen hat uns auch die Gesellschaft der Katzen und Hunde welches absolut lieb sind. Sie werfen sich vor dich und wollen einfach nur gestreichelt werden 😊 Im Ort Monastir gibt es alles was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Wir haben zwei absolut ruhige und entspannte dort verbracht und werden ganz bestimmt wieder kommen. Zu erwähnen sei auch, dass der Vermieter immer zur Stelle ist wenn man Hilfe benötigt.... Ansonsten sieht man um das Haus außer den bereits erwähnten Tieren und Pflanzen nur den schönen Sonnenuntergang den wir jeden Abend genossen haben 😊

Wunderbares Haus mit schönen Garten

Wunderbares Haus, Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, vollständig ausgerüstet, mit einem tollen Garten mit unzähligen Oliven-und Orangenbäumen und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich, gut erreichbar und zuvorkommend. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr geniessen können. Lagetechnisch liegt das Haus nicht im schönsten Teil von Sardinien, mit dem Auto lassen sich aber die wunderbaren Strände von Chia und Villasimius gut erreichen. Cagliari ist sehr gut erreichbar und wir haben die Nähe zur Stadt sehr geschätzt. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Woche!

Magnifique entourée d’oliviers !

Notre vol avait une heure de retard, et nous avons été accueilli avec un grand sourire. La maison est vraiment agréable, très bien équipée et entourée d’oliviers. Sans compter les figuiers et les mandariniers. Un véritable plaisir pour les yeux ! Nos soirées barbecue étaient très agréables. Nous n’avons pas osé nous mesurer à la fabrication des pizzas mais le four à pizza à côté du barbecue est impressionnant. Nous recommandons la maison à tous ceux qui cherche une location autour de Cagliari.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist genauso wie beschrieben und entspricht den Bildern. Man hat nicht nur im Haus viel Platz, sondern auch um das Haus herum. Die Kontaktaufnahme hat wunderbar geklappt und wir haben auf Rückfragen auch immer zeitnah eine Antwort erhalten. Die Lage ermöglicht, dass man viele Tagesausflüge zu den verschiedenen Stränden und Küsten unternimmt. Ansonsten ist man in 20 Minuten auch am "Hausstrand" Poetto in Cagliari. Vielen Dank für einen erholsamen und schönen Aufenthalt!
