About this property

Our home is a cutey and very comfortable! Everything you need to feel at home. Enjoy the privacy of a corner acre lot and private fenced in back yard; this little bungalow brick house is 1200 sqft, 2 bedrooms and an office with a twin bed, sleeping 8. A pack-n-play and highchair for the little one and queen air mattress, all available upon request. A bath and 1/2, galley style kitchen, laundry room w/washer and dryer, living room with fireplace, all on one level.

Nashville Getaway

Some friends and I came to Nashville for a sporting event. So glad we found this place. Cozy bungalow in a quiet neighborhood. Great communication with the property manager, easy check-in, easy check-out. If we are back in Nashville, we will stay here again!

Communication was good with host. We had to wash sheets and towels before using because we found hair all over sheets when we pulled comforter off. Floors were visibly dirty also

Cute little quaint house

This was the perfect size house for a 3-4 day vacation. Located close the highway and just minutes away from many attractions. I would definitely recommend this host. Check-in and check-out were easy, as well.

I have lived in Nashville for many, many years. I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren, reading and outside in my yard. I hope you like Nashville as much as I do.

Why they chose this property

Enjoy the peaceful outdoors on the front porch swing or rocker. The back yard is surrounded by a privacy fence and a good size deck for sunbathing. This is a self sufficient home with everything you need to feel at home. Complete kitchen; dishwasher, stove, over range microwave, refrigerator. Laundry room with washer and dryer (plenty of detergent), hardwood floors throughout and a cozy gas fireplace.

What makes this property unique

This is such a cute neighborhood. I have always felt safe taking walks around the neighborhood anytime of day. Seven Oaks Park is a short walk away, featuring one of the best disc golf courses in Nashville, tennis courts, covered picnic tables, and kids play area.
